A parking assist device including a retractable door handle device that includes a door handle with a built-in antenna used for a communication with a terminal carried by a user positioned outside a host vehicle and an actuator that causes the door handle to transition from a first state to a second state, the parking assist device comprising a processor that is configured to communicate with the terminal using the antenna, and that is configured to execute entry control for allowing the host vehicle to enter a parking spot or exit control for allowing the host vehicle to exit from the parking spot when a predetermined condition related to a communication result is met, wherein the processor causes the door handle to transition to the second state when executing the entry control or the exit control.

Parking assist device, parking assist method, and vehicle

A vehicle control apparatus sets a target speed of a vehicle such that a maximum value of the target speed is a first speed during a parking assist control. The vehicle control apparatus executes the parking assist control with maintaining a speed of the vehicle at a speed equal to or slower than a predetermined speed limit value slower than the first speed when a predetermined condition that the vehicle moves along a downward slope, is satisfied when a first electric power source device is in a normal state during the parking assist control. At least one of a braking apparatus and a shift change apparatus executes a stopping control of stopping the vehicle when a malfunction occurs in the first electric power source device during the parking assist control.

Provided is a parking assist apparatus for a vehicle, the parking assist apparatus including a first module configured to set, as a movement path, a path along which the vehicle is movable to a target position, and determine movement assist information for moving the vehicle along the movement path; and a second module configured to execute parking assist control such that the vehicle moves in accordance with the determined movement assist information, the second module being further configured to, when an occupant performs a first operation before the vehicle has reached the target position, stop the vehicle, and execute pause processing for maintaining the movement assist information.

Parking assist apparatus

A parking assistance device performs parking assistance control including steering angle control for changing a steering angle of a vehicle, driving force control for controlling a driving force of the vehicle, and braking force control for controlling a braking force of the vehicle. The parking assistance device notifies an occupant of a driving operation to be performed by the occupant, including a moving operation on a shift lever and an operation on a brake pedal when the vehicle reaches a switching position where a traveling direction of the vehicle is to be switched during performing the parking assistance control. When the driving operation is performed by the occupant, the parking assistance device restarts the parking assistance control at a timing when the occupant stops the operation on the brake pedal.

Parking assistance device

A vehicle control apparatus has a first electric power source device and a second electric power source device installed in a vehicle. The vehicle control apparatus monitors a charged electric amount of a second electric power source device after starting to execute a parking assist control. When the charged electric amount becomes smaller than a predetermined first threshold, the vehicle control apparatus executes a stopping control of controlling at least one of a braking apparatus and a shift change apparatus to stop the vehicle.

Provided is a control apparatus for a vehicle configured to perform parking assist control, the control apparatus including a first power supply device, a second power supply device, and a power supply circuit, the power supply circuit being configured to, when an abnormality occurs in the first power supply device during the performance of the parking assist control, supply an electric power from the second power supply device to a braking device and a shift switching device, and the braking device and the shift switching device being configured to operate such that a timing at which a current flowing from the second power supply device to the braking device reaches a maximum value and a timing at which a current flowing from the second power supply device to the shift switching device reaches a maximum value do not overlap.
