A vehicle sun visor includes a visor body including a first component member and a second component member that are stacked in a thickness direction, and a support shaft. In the visor body, a case that supports the support shaft such that the support shaft is turnable and that is slidably fitted to the visor body is provided. The case is provided with a clip that urges the visor body toward a storage position by urging the support shaft. A guide rail that prevents the case from falling in the thickness direction with respect to the first component member is provided. The guide rail is formed integrally with the first component member to support the case such that the case is slidable with respect to the first component member.

Vehicle sun visor

A vehicle sun visor includes: a sun visor body; a support shaft; and a damper configured to apply braking force at the time when the sun visor body turns. The damper includes: a rotor and a rotor case that supports the rotor such that the rotor is rotatable around its axis. The rotor includes a cylindrical portion in which the support shaft is inserted, the cylindrical portion being held so as to be non-rotatable with respect to the support shaft. The rotor case is held by the sun visor body in a state where the rotor case is non-rotatable with respect to the sun visor body.

A vehicle sun visor includes a support shaft; a sun visor body; an urging member that applies an urging force to the sun visor body; a damper that applies a damping force to rotational movement of the sun visor body when the sun visor body rotates to a stored position; and a damper operating portion that operates the damper. The damper operating portion includes a first operation element that rotates in conjunction with the sun visor body; a second operation element that converts rotational movement of the first operation element to linear movement; and a third operation element that is moved linearly via the second operation element. The damper is configured to be operated by linear movement of the third operation element in a prescribed range set between a use range and the stored position, when the sun visor body rotates to the stored position.

A vehicle sun visor includes: an urging member that applies turning force toward a storage position to a sun visor body when a turning angle of the sun visor body from the storage position is a predetermined angle or smaller; and a damper that applies braking force when the sun visor body turns. When a turning speed of the sun visor body toward the storage position is a predetermined speed or lower, the damper braking force is smaller than a value obtained by subtracting turning force based on the weight of the sun visor body from the turning force of the urging member, and, when the turning speed exceeds the predetermined speed, the damper braking force is larger than or equal to the value obtained by subtracting the turning force based on the weight of the sun visor body from the turning force of the urging member.

A vehicle sun visor includes a sun visor body, a support shaft mounted on a ceiling surface of a vehicle cabin and configured to support the sun visor body at a turning center position of the sun visor body such that the sun visor body is turnable between a storage position at which the sun visor body is oriented along the ceiling surface of the vehicle cabin and a use position at which the sun visor body is able to block light, a damper configured to apply braking force at the time when the sun visor body turns, and a slide mechanism configured to hold the sun visor body such that the sun visor body is slidable in an axial direction of the support shaft with respect to the support shaft.
