A protector applied to a wire harness includes: a base member that includes a housing space part that is formed with a wall part and in which wiring materials are inserted and an opening part that allows the housing space part to communicate with outside; and a cover member that closes the opening part by being assembled to the base member. The cover member, in a state of being assembled to the base member, includes a positioning part that is formed to protrude toward the housing space part side and abuts against the wiring materials housed in the housing space part. The positioning part is capable of correcting positions of the wiring materials, in a state of being assembled to the base member.

Protector and wire harness

A sheath assembly applied to a wire harness includes: a protector that includes a base member to which a wiring material is inserted, and a cover member; and a movable sheathing material which is attached to the base member in a movable manner and to which the end part of the wiring material housed in a housing space part can be inserted. The cover member includes a positioning part that is formed to protrude toward the housing space part side in a state where the cover member is assembled to the base member and that maintains a connection state between the base member and the movable sheathing material by abutting against a connection part of the movable sheathing material to the base member.

Sheath assembly and wire harness

A wire harness includes an electric wire, an exterior member, and a protector integrally holding an end portion of the exterior member and a portion of the electric wire led out from the end portion of the exterior member. The protector includes a protector main body having a routing space portion in which the electric wire and the exterior member are routed along an axial direction, a lid portion attached to the protector main body to close the routing space portion, and a plurality of first protrusions and second protrusions protruding from the lid portion toward the protector main body and locking the exterior member, and height positions of distal ends of the plurality of first protrusions and second protrusions varies according to a formation position.

Wire harness

A body side unit is configured to attach a wire harness wired between a vehicle body and a slide door to the vehicle body. In the body side unit, a rotary inner is attached to the wire harness. A protector supports the rotary inner rotatably and movably in an up-down direction, and is fixed to the vehicle body. A coil spring is provided between the rotary inner and the protector, and biases the rotary inner such that the rotary inner faces downward in the up-down direction.

Body side unit and wire harness wiring structure

A wire harness including a round electric wire and a flat electric wire. The round electric wire includes a round conductor made of a predetermined metal and having a round cross-sectional shape and a first coating portion. The flat electric wire includes a flat conductor having a flat cross-sectional shape and a second coating portion. The round electric wire and the flat electric wire are arranged in parallel. The round conductor has a diameter equal to or less than a predetermined reference value. The flat conductor has a thickness equal to or less than the reference value and a width in which ensure cross-sectional area of the flat conductor more than area of a circle having a diameter equal to the reference value.

A wire harness includes a conductor that flexibly connects a vehicle body side of a vehicle and a moving body that is mounted in the vehicle and slides with respect to the vehicle body, a regulation member that is configured by stacking a plurality of flexible plate members, extends along the conductor, and regulates a path of the conductor, and a pair of holding members that hold ends of the plurality of plate members. In the ends of the plurality of plate members, long holes are formed that extend along a longitudinal direction of the plate member at positions facing each other. The holding member includes a convex portion that is inserted in the long hole. The convex portion allows one plate member to relatively move along the longitudinal direction with respect to another plate member in a state where the convex portion is inserted in the long hole.

A wire harness includes: a flexible conductor; a flexible restricting member extending along the conductor and restricting a path of the conductor; a flexible armoring member through which the conductor and the restricting member are inserted; a first holding member including a first recessed part and fixed to the vehicle body, the first recessed part having a first end of the restricting member inserted therein; and a second holding member including a second recessed part and fixed to the movable body, the second recessed part having a second end of the restricting member inserted therein. Respective ends of the armoring member are fixed to the first holding member and the second holding member. The respective ends of the restricting member are held by the first recessed part and the second recessed part.

A wire harness includes a flexible conductor connecting a vehicle body with a movable body mounted on a vehicle and sliding relative to the vehicle body, a flexible limiting member extending along the conductor to limit the path of the conductor, a flexible outer member in which the conductor and the limiting member are inserted, and a holding member having a first trench for routing the conductor and a second trench adjacent to the first trench and holding an end of the limiting member. The holding member has a partition wall separating the first trench from the second trench, locking walls facing each other and locking an end of the outer member, and side walls defining the first trench. The locking walls project higher than the side walls, and the partition wall projects higher than the locking walls in a height direction of the side walls.

Provided is an electric power supply device in which exposure of a wire harness can be reduced in a slide door and interference with door trim can be minimized. When a slide door is half opened, a wire harness bends convexly downward, and one portion thereof is positioned lower than when the slide door is fully open or fully closed. Specifically, the wire harness is bent three-dimensionally. This makes it easier for the wire harness to be pulled out from a bottom end of door trim, and makes it possible for interference between the wire harness and the door trim to be minimized. The wire harness may be also bent three-dimensionally as appropriate in accordance with a shape of the door trim, reducing exposure of the wire harness in the slide door.

Power supply device

A wire restricting member includes a bottom plate portion and a pair of side plate portions. The pair of side plate portions vertically extend from opposite ends of the bottom plate portion along a longitudinal direction of the bottom plate portion, respectively. Upper ends of the pair of the side plate portions in a direction in which the pair of the side plate portions vertically extend are distant from each other to form an opening therebetween. Each of the pair of the side plate portions includes a notch which is cut from each of the upper ends to the bottom plate portion.

Wire restricting member, cylindrical structure, routing structure, and method of manufacturing cylindrical structure

A wiring structure for a sliding door includes a flexible conductor that connects a sliding door and a vehicle body across a trajectory space through which a slide portion of the sliding door passes, the slide portion being guided by a guide portion provided on a vehicle body side, and a forming member that forms a curved portion in a portion of the conductor traversing the trajectory space, and extends a portion of the conductor connected to the curved portion along the guide portion.
