A sound device includes an input terminal for electronic signal input; a line out terminal adapted to output electronic signals input on the input terminal to an external area; a delay arrangement adapted to delay electronic signals input on the input terminal for a certain time; a main output arrangement adapted to output electronic signals delayed by the delay arrangement. The delay arrangement delays signals in order to accommodate a time difference between (1) electronic signals output from an external sound device connected with the line output terminal and (2) electronic signals output from the main output arrangement. The time difference between sound that is output from the sound device and the one that is output from an external sound device that is connected with line connection terminal can be eliminated. Thus, it can prevent sound quality decrease due to time difference from happening.

Sound device

A sound device is provided with an input terminal for electronic signal input; a low pass filter adapted to filter electronic signals input to the input terminal and to output low frequency range electronic signals, a switch arrangement adapted to switch between full range mode and sub woofer mode, a power amplifier adapted to amplify (1) electronic signals input from the input terminal when the switch arrangement selects full range mode, and (2) electronic signals output from the low pass filter when the switch arrangement selects sub woofer mode, and a speaker adapted to be operated by electronic signals amplified by the power amplifier.

A tuning device includes an input terminal configured to receive an input electrical signal and a pitch detector to detect a pitch of the input electrical signal. A manual pitch designator designates a standard pitch from pitches of a scale. An automatic pitch designator designates a standard pitch from a scale that is closest to the pitch of the input electrical signal. A mode selector selects either a manual mode where the standard pitch is designated by the manual pitch designator, or an auto mode where the standard pitch is designated by the automatic pitch designator. A pitch comparator compares the pitch of the input electrical signal and the standard pitch and a display device displays the results of the comparison. The display device is configured such that when the standard pitch is designated by the automatic pitch designator, the standard pitch is not displayed.

Tuner for musical instruments and amplifier with tuner

A speaker system for a musical instrument that detects the displacement of a voice coil of a speaker and provides feedback processing. The speaker system has a preamp that alters the frequency characteristics of the an electrical signal that has been input to an input terminal, and a power amplifier that amplifies the electrical signal. A speaker is driven by the power amplifier and a feedback unit detects the displacement of the speaker and provides a feedback signal to the power amplifier. The power amplifier amplifies the electrical signal in conformance with the output of the preamp and the feedback signal.

Speaker system for musical instruments

A speaker system comprising a magnetic circuit, a cylindrical shaped voice coil unit generating oscillation in the magnetic circuit, an oscillating plate extending in a circular conical shape from a outer peripheral surface of the voice coil unit, a dust cap connecting to the oscillating plate covering an open face of the voice coil unit on a side surrounded by the oscillating plate, a plurality of linking members connecting to the voice coil unit, and a detection unit. The link members extend toward a center axis of the voice coil unit. The detecting unit further comprises a first component part fastened to the linking members and positioned at the center axis of the voice coil unit closer to the voice coil unit side than the dust cap, and a second component part positioned facing the first component part and is independent of the voice coil unit such that the second component part is held between the first component part and the dust cap. The detecting unit optically detects the oscillations of the voice coil unit by means of a light that courses between the previously mentioned first component part and the second component part.

Speaker system with oscillation detection unit

A speaker system in which it is possible for power amplifier heat radiation and satisfactory audio characteristics to coexist. The power amplifier, and other components which are sources of heat, are arranged in an air flow convection path that is formed in a curved path from a lower bass reflex port toward an upper bass reflex port of a speaker box. The heat is exhausted (radiated) to the outside from the interior air space of the speaker box by the air flow and air from outside is introduced into the interior air space with good efficiency. In addition, the power amplifier includes a heat sink. The heat sink includes gaps that are formed between each of a plurality of fins which are opened in a vertical or diagonal direction such that the air flow convection path passes through the gaps.
