An object of the invention is to provide: an alloy article that has excellent homogeneity in the alloy composition and microstructure as well as significant shape controllability, using an HEA with significant mechanical strength and high corrosion resistance; a method for manufacturing the alloy article; and a product using the alloy article. There is provided an alloy article comprising: Co, Cr, Fe, Ni, and Ti elements, each element in content of 5 to 35 atomic %; more than 0 atomic % to 8 atomic % of Mo %; and remainder substances of unavoidable impurities. And, ultrafine particles with an average diameter of 40 nm or less are dispersedly precipitated in matrix phase crystals of the alloy article.

A hybrid vehicle includes: an engine; a catalyst; a motor generator; and a drive control unit. The catalyst is provided in an exhaust path of the engine. The motor generator is coupled to the engine and capable of regenerating electric power. The drive control unit is configured to increase torque output from the engine and cause the motor generator to regenerate the electric power by using the torque output from the engine in the case where the hybrid vehicle is in a deceleration state and a temperature of the catalyst is lower than a specified catalyst activation temperature.

An evaporated fuel processing apparatus includes: a fuel tank that stores fuel supplied to an engine; a purge pipe that communicates an upper space in the fuel tank with an inlet system of the engine; an electromagnetic valve that is mounted on the purge pipe and that opens and closes the purge pipe; an air-fuel ratio detecting module for detecting an air-fuel ratio of an air-fuel mixture burned in the engine in accordance with an oxygen concentration in exhaust gas emitted from the engine; and a controlling module for controlling open and close of the electromagnetic valve based on an operating state of the engine. The controller controls at least one of a valve-open cycle, a valve-open period, and a valve-open amount of the electromagnetic valve based on a variation value of the air-fuel ratio detected by the air-fuel ratio detecting module when opening the electromagnetic valve.

The present invention provides an imprint apparatus transferring a surface structure of a stamper to material to be patterned by allowing the stamper come in contact with the material to be patterned. It is an object of the present invention to provide a method which can easily and selectively modify specific sites on indentations or protrusions of indentation/protrusion structures fabricated by nano-imprinting. Pressing a mold having indentation/protrusion structures onto a polymer substrate comprising at least two layers of different chemical composition exposes the second layer, which has been covered by the outermost layer, in pillars formed as a result of the pressing.
