Disclosed herein is a common mode filter that includes first and second wires wound in the same direction around the winding core part. The first and second wires have first to third layer winding portions, a first crossing portion positioned between the first and third layer winding portions, and a second crossing portion positioned between the second and third layer winding portions. The vertical positions of the first and second wires are reversed at least partially between the first and third layer winding portions, and the vertical positions of the first and second wires are reversed at least partially between the second and third layer winding portions.

Common mode filter

Disclosed herein is a common mode filter that includes a core having a winding core part and first and second wires wound in a same direction around the winding core part. The first and second wires have a first crossing portion at which first turns thereof counted from one ends thereof cross each other and a second crossing portion at which first turns thereof counted from the other ends thereof cross each other. The first and second wires are wound by layer winding in an aligned state with one of the first and second wires positioned in a lower layer and other one thereof positioned in an upper layer in at least parts of the first and second wires between second turns thereof counted from the one ends thereof and second turns thereof counted from the other ends thereof.

Disclosed herein is a common mode filter that includes first and second wires wound in the same direction around the winding core part. The first and second wires include first and second layer winding portions each including a plurality of blocks axially alternately arranged. A first block belonging to the first layer winding portion is disposed closest to the first flange part. A second block belonging to the second layer winding portion is disposed closest to the second flange part. The first and second wires cross each other in a region between axially adjacent blocks.

Coil component

Disclosed herein is a coil component that includes first and second coil parts each spirally wound in a plurality of turns in directions opposite to each other. An innermost turn of the first coil part is radially divided into first and second conductor parts by a spiral slit, and at least an innermost turn of the second coil part is radially divided into third and fourth conductor parts by a spiral slit. The first conductor part is positioned radially inward of the second conductor part, and the third conductor part is positioned radially inward of the fourth conductor part. The inner peripheral end of the first conductor part is connected to the inner peripheral end of the fourth conductor part, and the inner peripheral end of the second conductor part is connected to the inner peripheral end of the third conductor part.

Disclosed herein is a wire that includes: a core wire made of a conductor; an insulating film covering an outer periphery of the core wire; a catalyst adsorption film covering an outer periphery of the insulating film, the catalyst adsorption film including a catalyst serving as a reaction start point of electroless plating; and an outer periphery conductor covering an outer periphery of the catalyst adsorption film.

Wire, manufacturing method therefor, and coil component

Disclosed herein is a wiring component that includes a base material and a planar coil pattern formed on the base material. The planar coil pattern includes a coil wiring portion having one end, other end, and first to third connecting positions, the second connecting position being closer to the other end compared with the first connecting position, the third connecting position being closer to the one end compared with the second connecting position; a power-feed wiring portion connected to the first connecting position; and a connection wiring portion that short-circuits the second connecting position and the third connecting position. A cross-section structure of the planar coil pattern has a base resin layer formed on the base material, and a conductive layer formed on the base resin layer.

Disclosed herein is a method for manufacturing a planar coil, the method including forming a base conductive layer on a base material, the base conductive layer including: a coil wiring portion having one end, other end, and first to third connecting positions, the second connecting position being closer to the other end compared with the first connecting position, the third connecting position being closer to the one end compared with the second connecting position; a power-feed wiring portion that connects the first connecting position with an external power source; and a connection wiring portion that short-circuits the second connecting position and the third connecting position; forming a wiring conductive layer on the base conductive layer by electrolytic plating by feeding power from the external power source; and removing the power-feed wiring portion and the connection wiring portion.

Method for manufacturing planar coil

Disclosed herein is antenna device that includes: a first metal member having a first main surface; a second metal member having a second main surface parallel to the first main surface; and an antenna coil having a coil axis perpendicular to the first and second main surfaces, wherein the first metal member constitutes at least a part of a housing of a portable electronic device in which the antenna coil is mounted, at least one slit is formed between the first and second metal members, an inner diameter section of the antenna coil overlaps with the slit in planar view, and the slit has a constant width at least in a region that overlaps with the antenna coil in planar view.

Disclosed herein is an antenna device that includes an antenna coil having a planar coil pattern, a magnetic sheet that covers one main surface of the antenna coil, and a resin layer provided on the other main surface of the antenna coil and along the coil pattern. The resin layer is substantially the same planar shape as the planar coil pattern.
