The objective of the present invention is to provide a biaxially stretched polyamide film that is excellent in an impact resistance, a folding pinhole resistance and a friction pinhole resistance and that is produced from a raw material derived from a biomass. The present invention relates to a biaxially stretched polyamide film, comprising 99 to 70 mass % of a Polyamide 6 resin and 1 to 30 mass % of a polyamide resin, wherein at least a part of a raw material of the polyamide resin is derived from a biomass, and the biaxially stretched polyamide film meets the following (a) and (b): (a) the number of Gelbo pinhole defect is 10 or less after the biaxially stretched polyamide film is twisted and bent 1000 times at 1° C. using a Gelbo flex tester, (b) a distance leading to a pinhole formation by a friction resistance pinhole test is 2900 cm or more.

Biaxially stretched polyamide film and laminate film

To provide a gas barrier biaxially oriented polyamide film and a polyamide film mill roll, even as a product that is close to an end of a mill roll, having favorable mechanical characteristics, thermal characteristics, and few S-shape curling due to moisture absorption after being made into a bag. A biaxially oriented polyamide film having at least one layer formed of a polyamide resin containing not lower than 60% by mass of poly(m-xylylene adipamide), wherein a molecular orientation angle of the film is not smaller than 20°, a strain at moisture absorption of the film is not higher than 1.3%, an impact strength of the film is not lower than 0.7 J/15 μm, and a heat shrinkage rate, after heating for ten minutes at 160° C., of the film is 0.6 to 3.0% in both an MD direction and a TD direction.

Biaxially oriented polyamide film and polyamide film mill roll

To provide a biaxially oriented polyamide film, even as a product that is close to an end of a mill roll, having favorable mechanical characteristics, thermal characteristics, and few S-shape curling due to moisture absorption after being made into a bag. A biaxially oriented polyamide film formed of a polyamide resin containing not lower than 60% by mass of polyamide 6, wherein a molecular orientation angle of the film is not smaller than 20°, a strain at moisture absorption of the film is not higher than 1.3%, an impact strength of the film is not lower than 0.8 J/15 μm, and a heat shrinkage rate, after heating for ten minutes at 160° C., of the film is 0.6 to 3.0% in both an MD direction and a TD direction.

The objective of the present invention is to provide a gas barrier polyamide film excellent in water resistance adhesiveness (water resistant laminate strength), impact resistance and pinhole resistance. The gas barrier polyamide film is characterized in comprising a stretched polyamide film, wherein the stretched polyamide film comprises A Layer: a base layer and B Layer: an easily adhesive layer on at least one surface of the A Layer, C Layer: an inorganic thin film layer is laminated on the surface of the B Layer in the stretched polyamide film, the A Layer comprises 65 mass % or more of Polyamide 6, the B Layer comprises 60 to 100 mass % of a Polyamide 6 copolymer and 0 to 40 mass % of Polyamide 6, and a ratio of a copolymer component in the Polyamide 6 copolymer is 3 to 35 mass %.

Gas barrier polyamide film

It is provided that the laminated stretched polyamide film having excellent water-resistant adhesiveness (water-resistant lamination strength), shock resistance, and pinhole resistance. A laminated stretched polyamide film that is a biaxially stretched polyamide film comprising three layers including layer B: an easily adhesive layer, layer A: a base layer, and layer C: a slippery layer in this order, wherein the layer A contains not lower than 65% by mass of polyamide 6, the layer B contains 0 to 40% by mass of polyamide 6 and 60 to 100% by mass of a polyamide 6 copolymer in which a ratio of a copolymerization component in the copolymer is 3 to 35% by mass, and the layer C contains not lower than 70% by mass of polyamide 6 and 0.05 to 1% by mass of fine particles having an average particle diameter of 0.1 to 10 &#x3bc;m.

Laminated stretched polyamide film

To provide a laminated stretched polyamide film having excellent an excellent water-resistant adhesive property (water-resistant laminate strength), impact resistance, and pinhole resistance. A laminated stretched polyamide film in which an easily adhesive layer (layer B) is laminated on at least one surface of a base layer (layer A), wherein the layer A contains not less than 70% by mass of polyamide 6, and the layer B contains 0 to 40% by mass of polyamide 6 and 60 to 100% by mass of a polyamide 6 copolymer in which a ratio of a copolymerization component in the copolymer is 3 to 35% by mass.
