This disclosure relates generally to personal electronic device holders. More specifically, the present disclosure relates to phone and tablet holders for use with passenger seating for passenger vehicles, such as a passenger aircraft.

The present invention concerns a tablet support that can be readily affixed to one side of a substantially upright seatback and one that can conveniently function to support numerous types of informational displays, including, but not limited to books, magazines, tablet computers, note book computers, media players, smart phones and the like.

A monitor mounting apparatus for use in connection with passenger vehicles such as aircraft, trains, and buses. The unique pivoting mechanism of the mounting apparatus permits lowering of the monitor in a manner that permits the top of the monitor screen to be visible even to the tallest of passengers.

The present disclosure relates to foot pedestals for passenger vehicles. More specifically, the present disclosure describes a deployable foot pedestal that provides support and comfort to a passenger. The foot pedestal includes an internal torsion spring so that it remains stowed and flush with the rear of the seat back when not in use. It can be deployed for use by the passenger using their foot, or hand.

A portable electronic device holder incorporated in a seatback of a passenger seat. The device holder includes a shelf and a release latch arranged to hold the respective bottom and top edges of a portable electronic device for hands-free use. The latch holds the shelf in a stowed position flush with the seatback and releases to allow the shelf to rotate away from the seatback for use. The shelf is positioned apart from a tray table, when present, so that the device holder and tray table can be deployed and used at the same time.
