A gas turbine control device including: a fuel flow rate calculation unit that calculates a fuel flow rate indicating an amount of fuel entering a combustor; an air flow rate calculation unit that calculates an air flow rate; a turbine inlet temperature calculation unit that calculates a turbine inlet temperature, on the basis of the fuel flow rate, the air flow rate, and a physical model formula for thermal energy balance about the combustor; a heat balance computation unit that performs computation to satisfy the heat balance of the gas turbine; a state detection unit that detects the state of the gas turbine; and a correction processing unit that, on the basis of the computation result output by the heat balance computation unit, corrects one or both of the fuel flow rate and the air flow rate, and gives the corrected flow rate to the turbine inlet temperature calculation unit.

A flow rate per unit time of fuel fed to a gas turbine is calculated. A flow rate per unit time of air fed to the gas turbine is calculated. A turbine inlet temperature is calculated through use of a physical model formula expressing a relationship of input and output of thermal energy relating to a combustor of the gas turbine. A fuel distribution ratio for each of a plurality of fuel supply systems connected to the combustor is calculated based on the turbine inlet temperature.

A valve opening degree determination device includes an object operating state acquisition unit configured to acquire an object operating state which is an operating state of a gas turbine before control, and a valve opening degree calculation unit configured to calculate the valve opening degree such that a disk cavity temperature after control is equal to or lower than a target temperature, based on the object operating state. The valve opening degree calculation unit is configured to determine an input value of the valve opening degree such that a prediction value of the disk cavity temperature is equal to or lower than the target temperature as the valve opening degree, based on a prediction model generated based on a plurality of previous data in which the operating state, the disk cavity temperature, and an actual opening degree of the cooling-air adjustment valve previously acquired are associated with each other.

A first fuel flow rate command value indicating a command value of a fuel input amount is calculated so that an output of a gas turbine matches a target output. An upper limit value of the first fuel flow rate command value is calculated based on a deviation obtained by subtracting, from an estimated value of a turbine inlet temperature of the gas turbine, a second limit value relating to the estimated value set such that the estimated value does not exceed a first limit value of the turbine inlet temperature.

A control device is configured to control a temperature of a shaft seal portion around a rotating shaft of a rotating machine by adjusting an amount of cooling air to be supplied to the shaft seal portion. The control device is configured to calculate a sensitivity indicated using the temperature of the shaft seal portion with respect to a flow rate of the cooling air supplied to the shaft seal portion and control the flow rate of the cooling air so that the sensitivity has a predetermined target value based on the sensitivity which has been calculated. When the sensitivity is calculated, the flow rate is varied in a predetermined range having a certain flow rate as a center. The sensitivity is calculated from variation in the temperature of the shaft seal portion with respect to variation in the flow rate.

A gas turbine control device includes a first estimation unit configured to estimate a first temperature which is a first turbine inlet temperature estimation value based on a first model which is a physical model using a fuel flow rate to a gas turbine; a second estimation unit configured to estimate a second temperature which is a second turbine inlet temperature estimation value based on a second model which is a physical model using an exhaust gas temperature of the gas turbine; and a correction unit configured to correct the first temperature based on the second temperature to calculate a third turbine inlet temperature estimation value.
