A diaphragm device includes a diaphragm mechanism, a connector, an identification unit for identifying a control mode of a signal communicated via the multiple terminals on the basis of voltage of the signal, and a control unit, wherein the switching unit switches the communication path so that a pulse signal capable of driving the pulse signal driven actuator is generated for generating the pulse signal on the basis of the signal, and output to the pulse signal driven actuator if the control mode of the signal is identified as one based on a control mode incapable of directly driving the pulse signal driven actuator; and the switching unit switches the communication path so that the signal is output to the pulse signal driven actuator if the control mode of the signal is identified as a first control mode based on a pulse signal directly driving the pulse signal driven actuator.

Diaphragm device for video camera lens and method for controlling diaphragm device

A lens aperture-adjustment device of a closed circuit television camera for capable of switching between automatic and manual adjustments of lens aperture is provided. The device includes a geared motor for driving aperture blades of a lens aperture mechanism; a drive circuit for driving the geared motor in response to a first drive signal for automatic adjustment or a second drive signal for manual adjustment; a comparison circuit for making a comparison between a lightness information signal responsive to the imaging environment and a first reference signal and outputting the first drive signal; a differential amplifier to which a manual adjustment signal entered by an operator and a second reference signal for defining the limit value of the drive amount of the geared motor are input, the differential amplifier for outputting the second drive signal; and a selection circuit for connecting the first drive signal or the second drive.

A taking lens capable of being used for photographing by light in each of at least two wavelength regions including a first wavelength region and a second wavelength region is provided and include: the flange back adjusting lens; a storing unit that stores a correcting amount of the flange back adjusting lens in photographing by light in the second wavelength region; and the lens driving unit. When the taking lens is used in photographing by light in the first wavelength region, the lens driving unit moves the flange back adjusting lens to a set position adjusted at the flange back; and when the taking lens is used in photographing by light in the second wavelength region, the lens driving unit moves the flange back adjusting lens based on the correcting amount so that an image location in photographing by light in the second wavelength region coincides with an image location in photographing by light in the first wavelength region.

Taking lens

The present invention provides a visible and infrared light photographing lens system. A color separating prism or the like divides an object light entering a photographing lens and then passing through a focus lens, into an object light in a visible light region and an object light in an infrared light region. A visible light image pickup element and an infrared light image pickup element are used to pick up images of the respective object lights. Further, a compensation lens can be used to adjust a position where an image of the object light in the infrared light region is formed. Consequently, visible light photographing and infrared light photographing can be simultaneously carried out by focusing on an object at the same distance.
