Drawing-out tool for sheet metal

To provide a drawing-out tool for sheet metal which is less in failure and excellent in the durability and has excellent handling property by evading generation of trouble in an electric system by shielding dust, metal dust, soil dust or the like from mingling in or attaching to the electric system. The drawing-out tool for sheet metal comprises a center shaft (); a first operation means () provided with a bit () arranged to an apex part of the center shaft; a second operation means () for pulling-up the first operation means; and an energization mechanism () for supplying electric current to the bit are provided. The housing () for accommodating the illumination unit () and the illumination unit for illuminating a sheet metal surface accommodated in the housing are included.

An electrical conduction mechanism is provided to prevent dust or from adhering to the inside of an electrical-conduction portion main body, so that electrical conduction efficiency cannot be reduced. The electrical conduction mechanism comprises an electrical-conduction portion main body in the center of which a first through-hole to be inserted through by a shaft is formed and in which a second through-hole communicating with the first through-hole is formed in a direction perpendicular to a direction in which the first through-hole is formed. The electrical-conduction element is disposed in the second through-hole. The electrical-conduction element is configured to include an electrical-conduction chip abutting on the shaft, and a coil spring biasing the electrical-conduction chip toward the shaft, so that current is supplied to the shaft through the electrical-conduction chip to conduct electricity to the bit.

Electrical conduction mechanism

A sheet metal drawing equipment capable of providing a both thereof with strength sufficient to minimize deformation thereof during operation, to thereby increase durability thereof and stabilizing a gravity thereof to facilitate operation. The equipment includes a pair of legs each provided with surface contact sections adapted to be abuttedly contacted with a surface of a sheet metal, rails for slidably supporting the legs thereon, a slide frame member slidably supported on the rails, a pair of operation arms each pivotally supported at one end thereof on the slide frame members, a central shaft arranged so as to extend in a direction perpendicular to a longitudinal direction of the rails, inserted via the slide frame member and moved by operation of the operation arms, and connection arms each arranged in correspondence to each of the operation arms and pivotally connected at one end thereof to corresponding one of the operation arms and at the other end thereof to the central shaft.

Sheet metal drawing equipment

A sheet metal drawing equipment capable of rapidly and positively carrying out sheet metal drawing without skill and effectively smoothing a surface of a sheet metal material. The equipment includes a first operation mechanism provided with at a distal end thereof with a bit weldable to a surface of a sheet metal material to be drawn, a second operation mechanism manually operated to pull up the first operation mechanism, and a leg structure for supporting the second operation mechanism. The second operation mechanism includes a support section for rotatably supporting the first operation mechanism.
