Provided is a vehicle control device capable of reducing a control gap that occurs when a system is restored to a normal state after a malfunction is corrected, thereby achieving smooth driving performance for a user. A vehicle control device according to the present invention has a first travel control mode and a second travel control mode. When in a transitional state from the second travel control mode to the first travel control mode, the vehicle control device calculates and checks a first control parameter used in the first travel control mode, calculates a second control parameter used in the second travel control mode, and uses the second control parameter for traveling control.

Vehicle control device

Provided is an in-vehicle control device that allows the giving and receiving of data via inter-core communication at the timing of a user, as well as being capable of minimizing processing load while satisfying safety requirements of different functional safety levels in the inter-core communication of a multicore microcomputer. The data communication between a plurality of cores is performed by a writing means for writing the data of a core register into a region of a shared memory of the cores, where safety levels are set, using a hardware function. The cores have different functional safety levels.

In-vehicle control device

A diagnostic device capable of accurately diagnosing the soundness of a resolver circuit is provided. A shifter receives excitation signal and excitation signal; shifts the level of excitation signal, excitation signal, or both; and performs level shifting such that a period of time that starts with one of two times in which, in the vicinity of the peak value of excitation signal, excitation signal and excitation signal are at the same value and ends with the other of the two times is less than a prescribed threshold. A trigger generation circuit generates a trigger during said period of time. A control unit determines whether there is an abnormality in the resolver circuit on the basis of the trigger.

Diagnostic device

The present invention is directed to a method of estimating a motor rotation angle that does not affect precision of a detected angle of a crank angle sensor, which is an alternative sensor, when abnormality occurs in a resolver and a peripheral circuit, and performing a motor control without failure of an inverter or peripheral device. A vehicle system includes a motor, a resolver detecting a rotor rotation angle of the motor, a motor control circuit controlling the motor based on information on rotor rotation angle and torque command value, an engine connected to the motor through a crankshaft, and a crankshaft sensor detecting revolutions of the crankshaft, in which the motor control circuit estimates rotor rotation angle based on a variation rate of the number of revolutions of the crankshaft when abnormality of the resolver is detected, and performs a weak field control based on estimated rotor rotation angle.
