A piston compressor has a piston guided in a compressor cylinder, wherein the piston and the compressor cylinder form a compressor chamber for compressing a fluid. A shaft is provided that rotates around its axis. A lifting element is arranged eccentrically to the axis of the shaft and is provided fixed to the shaft. The lifting element and the piston are configured in such way that the piston performs a movement between a maximum and a minimum lifting position when the shaft rotates around its axis.

A device for separating a fluid component from a fluid, in particular compressed air of a vehicle, is provided. The device has a first container for containing the fluid, the first container being arranged to separate at least a part of one or more components contained in the fluid from the fluid by evaporation. The first container includes one or more openings through which a substance can be supplied to the fluid in the first container for breaking an emulsion or mixture of two or more components contained in the fluid and an exhaust through which the at least part of the one or more separated components can be exhausted.

Apparatus and method for controlling a pressure on at least one tire of a vehicle

A pressure regulating device is provided for at least one tire of a commercial vehicle, having a relay valve which performs compressed air loading of a working line which leads to the tire starting from a pressure source in accordance with a pneumatic pilot controller which has an electropneumatic converter for converting an electric actuating signal into a corresponding pneumatic pilot control signal for the relay valve. The converter has an electropneumatic aeration valve and an electropneumatic ventilating valve for pneumatic signal specifying for increasing or reducing the tire pressure. The pneumatic signal specifying takes place according to special regulations.

A tire pressure controlling device for a tire of a vehicle wheel filled with compressed air, includes a control valve unit for filling the tire with compressed air and/or venting compressed air therefrom. The control valve unit is supplied from a compressor for generating the tire filling pressure. The compressor for compressing air drawn in from the atmosphere is driven by the mechanical rotary movement of the vehicle wheel, as a transmission disposed therebetween transmits the rotary driving movement of the vehicle wheel to the drive shaft of the compressor unit.

A seal arrangement for an air spring system for sealing off a shock-absorbing damper is disclosed. The shock-absorbing damper is situated in a rolling tube and in another tube, where the air spring system has at least one integrated control valve for the admission of compressed air into a pressure chamber formed between the outer tube, the rolling tube, and an air spring bellows that connects the outer tube and rolling tube. The seal arrangement is arranged between an inner circumferential surface of the rolling tube and an outer circumferential surface of the shock-absorbing damper and/or between an inner circumferential surface of the outer tube and the outer circumferential surface of the shock-absorbing damper. A support ring which is of step-shaped form on an outer circumferential surface is arranged on a distal end of the rolling tube and/or on a distal end of the outer tube.

Seal arrangement for an air spring system

An air spring arrangement is disclosed. The air spring arrangement has at least one integrated control valve for the admission of compressed air into a pressure chamber formed between an outer tube, a rolling tube, and an air spring bellows that connects the outer tube and rolling tube. The at least one integrated control valve can be actuated, with multiple switching positions, by an integrated mechanical actuator as a function of an air spring stroke for ride-height adjustment. The pressure chamber includes a compression spring between a tube upper part and a tube lower part of the outer tube. A lever which is mechanically connected to the at least one integrated control valve can be actuated by at least one actuation lug, which is arranged on an end surface of the tube lower part, in order to realize a stepped characteristic for an aeration and deaeration of the pressure chamber.

Air spring arrangement with integrated control valve

A device for adapting actual tire pressure of a tire of a wheel of a vehicle axle to a current setpoint tire pressure during travel includes a chassis-side central device and a wheel-related pneumatic pressure-control device. The pressure control device includes a second connection which is at the actual tire pressure. A control valve with an open position connects a first connection to the second connection, and with a blocking position blocks this connection. A pilot control valve performs pilot control of the control valve. The pressure control device also has a bypass line, which bypasses the control valve and the pilot control valve, connects the first connection to the second connection, and has a non-return valve which opens in the inflation direction of the tire and blocks in the deflation direction of the tire.
