A stator for an electric machine having a stator body and an applied hairpin winding and having conductors for a plurality of phases. A respective pole of the respective phase is formed by a plurality of groups of groove portions each of which including groove portions which are arranged in a group of grooves of adjacent grooves in the same layer of the hairpin winding, the conductor clips which form the groove portions of the respective group of groove portions, form a group of conductor clips connecting adjacent poles of the respective phase.

A drive device for an electrically operated vehicle axle of a two-track vehicle, with a drive unit in which an electric machine drives vehicle wheels via a gearbox. The electric machine is arranged transversely in the vehicle axle, and a stator housing of the electric machine is axially extended in the vehicle transverse direction with a gearbox housing. The drive unit is supported in a three-point bearing via three unit bearings in the vehicle body. The three-point bearing has two gearbox-side unit bearings via which the gearbox housing is supported in the vehicle body.

Drive device for a vehicle axle

An electrical machine having a winding support having multiple grooves, which carries at least one winding. The winding is formed by a conductor which has multiple groove sections which each extend within one of the grooves of the winding support and which are conductively connected by connecting sections of the conductor, which are outside the grooves. The conductor has an insulation layer applied to the conductor at least in the groove sections. The insulation layer has layer thicknesses different from one another for at least two of the groove sections.

An electric machine has a stator and a rotor arranged on a hollow shaft and able to turn relative to the stator about an axis of rotation, wherein the hollow shaft comprises, in a shaft casing, at least one shaft exit opening for coolant supplied to a shaft interior space of the hollow shaft. A cover element is arranged next to the rotor on the hollow shaft, in which is formed a fluid duct comprising a fluid duct inlet and a fluid duct outlet, wherein the fluid duct inlet overlaps with the shaft exit opening and the fluid duct outlet overlaps with a coolant duct inlet of a coolant duct reaching through the rotor in the axial direction relative to the axis of rotation, having a coolant duct outlet on its side opposite the coolant duct inlet, through which the coolant emerges from the rotor.

An electric machine comprises a rotor and a stator, wherein the stator comprises a stator body which carries at least one respective winding of at least one phase, wherein the winding of the respective phase or at least one of the windings of the respective phase is conductively connected to a respective contact bridge, which connects the respective winding to an associated power source and/or drain, wherein the respective winding and the contact bridge connected to it each end in a conductor section which extends away from the stator body in the axial direction of the electric machine, these conductor sections being conductively connected to one another, wherein a fixing section of the respective contact bridge is arranged stationary with respect to a housing accommodating the stator by being fixed by an insulation element or directly, on the one hand, to the housing itself and/or, on the other hand, to the power source and/or drain, which, in turn, is fixed to the housing.

Electric machine and method for making electrical contact with a winding of an electric machine

Electrical machine and method for applying at least one winding to a winding support of an electrical machine

A rotor for an electric machine, having a laminated core, which is arranged on a shaft and provided with magnets. Multiple individual adjoining plates pushed onto a shaft or of partial laminated cores having multiple plates have a central borehole accommodating the shaft. At least a part of the plates or partial laminated cores are pushed onto the shaft pivoted by a predetermined pivot angle (&#x3b1;). Every plate or partial laminated core includes multiple coolant passages arranged distributed around the center (Z) of the borehole. The angle offset of two adjacent coolant passages corresponds to the pivot angle (&#x3b1;).

Rotor for an electric machine

A method for producing a component for an electric machine from a laminated core, which includes multiple grooves and a central axis, and a plurality of wire elements. Each wire element includes two legs made of wire, which are or will be connected to one another via a bend made of wire. At least the legs of the wire elements are arranged in parallel to the axis in the grooves. A temperature sensor is fastened at a bend of at least one wire element.

A method for producing a short circuit rotor, by providing a laminated rotor core with through openings for shorting bars of a squirrel cage as well as providing the shorting bars; inserting of the shorting bars into the through openings such that an axial overhang remains on both sides; placing a main disk with through openings on both sides for the shorting bars, whose axial length corresponds to the overhang, as well as an edge disk immediately adjacent to the main disk and the ends of the shorting bars. The main disk and the edge disk form a shorting ring of the squirrel cage, and the main disk and the edge disk are welded by radially encircling electron beam welding.

Method for producing a short circuit rotor and short circuit rotor

An electric machine having a stator arranged in a machine housing and a rotor mounted rotatably relative to the stator about an axis of rotation, wherein the machine housing includes at least one coolant inlet port for supplying coolant to the machine housing and at least one coolant outlet port for draining coolant from the machine housing. It is provided that the coolant inlet port empties into a distribution annulus and several housing coolant ducts emerge from the distribution annulus and extend beyond the stator, when viewed in the axial direction, and are connected fluidically, on their side facing away from the distribution annulus, to stator cooling duct inlets of stator cooling ducts formed in the stator, which pass entirely through the stator in the axial direction.

A rotor for an asynchronous machine includes a laminated rotor core which is made of a plurality of rotor laminations that are stacked in a longitudinal direction of the rotor, an intended rotational axis of the rotor running in the longitudinal direction; and a rotor cage that has a number of rotor bars, which run through the rotor laminations in the longitudinal direction, and at least one short circuit ring, which is arranged on a laminated rotor core end lying in the longitudinal direction such that the short circuit ring electrically connects the rotor bars together. The laminated rotor core contains at least one rotor lamination in a region at the end. This rotor lamination has a greater strength and/or a greater rigidity in a radial direction with respect to the rotational axis than the other rotor laminations.
