The present disclosure relates to an assembly for fixing a ligament in bone. The assembly includes a suspension member and an implant having a mechanism for fixedly receiving the suspension member and at least partially suspending the suspension member and the received bone graft within the implant, allowing for bony in-growth. A method of fixing a ligament in bone is also disclosed.

Ligament reconstruction fixation system

A tissue graft fixation device including a body having an upper and lower surface, a first end portion, a second end portion, and an intermediate portion extending between the first and second end portions, the intermediate portion comprising at least two tabs extending transverse to the intermediate portion, the intermediate portion defining at least one hole located between the at least two tabs, and each of the at least two tabs comprising a keel extending transverse to the intermediate portion and including a cutting edge.

Tissue graft fixation

A bone block assembly including a bone block having a proximal end, a distal end, a central axis defined therethrough, and a hole formed therethrough, and a threaded screw having a proximal end, a distal end, and a first eyelet formed on the proximal end of the threaded screw, the threaded screw configured to be received within the hole of the bone block. The first eyelet of the threaded screw is, at least partially, exposed on the proximal end of the bone block when the threaded screw is fully engaged with the bone block. The first eyelet of the threaded screw is configured to receive a suture.

Ligament screw attachment device

A ligament graft-securing device includes a body part; a knotting hole for knotting therein threads sewed to an end of the ligament graft and which is formed at one end of the body part; a through-hole for securing a tensile force-applying thread thereto and which is formed at the other end of the body part; spikes for temporarily fixing the ligament graft-securing device to a bone and which projects from one surface of the body part; and a screw securing hole for securing the ligament graft-securing device to the bone and which is formed on the body part.
