A valve includes a body defining first and second connection points, a valve slider, a spring, and a choke. The valve slider delimits first and second apertures to enable conduction of pressurized fluid from the first connection point to the second connection point via the first aperture, and is configured to move in an adjustment direction to close the first aperture. The choke is configured to enable conduction of pressurized fluid from the first connection point to the second connection point via the second aperture and via the choke. A first control point is defined between the choke and the second aperture. A second pressure at the first control point and a force of the spring pushes the valve slider in the adjustment direction, and a first pressure at the first connection point pushes the valve slider against the adjustment direction.

Valve with flow control and pressure limitation function

A valve includes a housing, in which a first valve body is accommodated so that it is moveable in a direction of a longitudinal axis, a first valve seat configured to be closed by the first valve body and arranged on the housing, a first fluid flow path extending from a first connection via the first valve seat to a second connection, a second valve seat closeable by a moveable second valve body, the second valve body formed separately from the first valve body, a second fluid flow path extending from the first connection via a bypass duct in the first valve body, onwards via the second valve seat to the second connection, so that pressure at the first connection is limited upwardly by the first and the second valve body in that hydraulic fluid is led to the second connection via the first fluid flow path.

Pilot-operated pressure relief valve with lateral pressure connection

A steplessly adjustable hydraulic insert valve has a housing defining a radial direction and an end side in an installation direction. An inflow connector on the end side is connectable to a pressure medium source. First and second working connectors and a return connector are arranged in the radial direction. The return connector is connectable to a pressure medium tank. The housing has an axial bore and an actuator guided movably therein. The actuator can be held in an axial center position by at least one spring and is adjustable steplessly axially out of the center position by controllable actuation. At least one of the working connectors is fluidically connectable to the return connector by axial adjustment of the actuator. The actuator has a radial widened portion with first and second control edges for steplessly opening and/or closing first and second radial openings, respectively, of the return connector.

Steplessly adjustable hydraulic insert valve

A proportionally adjustable pressure limiting valve wherein a valve cone may be actuated via an armature of a proportional solenoid. The valve cone is cardanically supported in the armature. Additional guidance of the valve cone is effected through the intermediary of a housing-side guide, wherein the play between valve cone and housing-side guide is designed to be less than the play between valve cone and armature.

Directly controlled proportional pressure limiting valve

A hydraulic device having a nut part with a threaded hole which has an internal screw thread with a defined nominal diameter and with a defined, uniform pitch, and having a screw part which has an external screw thread with the same nominal diameter as the threaded hole and with a defined, uniform pitch, which is screwed into the threaded hole. (In hydraulic devices, screw parts, in particular nozzle bodies, are generally adhesively bonded in place, in order to prevent them from becoming detached. Adhesive bonding has certain drawbacks, since the screw threads have to be free of grease, and in the case of nozzles there is a risk of blockages, adhesive can enter the hydraulic circuit and also process reliability is not ensured during application.) There is provided a slight difference between the pitch of the internal screw thread of the nut part and the pitch of the external screw thread of the screw part. This slight difference in pitch while the screw part is being screwed in leads to an elastic deformation of a plurality of thread turns, with the result that the screw part is secured so that it cannot become detached.
