A cage rotor of an asynchronous machine includes a magnetically conductive body having substantially axially running slots with conductors connected to end faces of the magnetically conductive body in an electrically conductive manner by short circuit rings. The short circuit rings have an outer side, an inner side, a front side, and a rear side. A supporting element made of a high-strength material is located at least radially within the short circuit rings, i.e. on the inner face, with the supporting element being connected to the short-circuit ring, at least in one section, with a material fit.

The invention relates to a squirrel-cage rotor of an asynchronous machine (), comprising conductors () in grooves () of a magnetic field-conducting rotor, and electrically conducting rotor end rings () which are located in the region of the end faces of the magnetic field-conducting rotor, electrically connect the conductors () and have at least two materials that conduct electricity differently.

A rotor for an electric machine includes a laminated core and a groove which extend in axial direction from a first axial end to a second axial end along a rotation axis. The groove has a groove filling having a first material with a metal element of the periodic table. The groove filling has a cast metal region, which extends with an end region at the first axial end at least partially over the laminated core. The cast metal region extends through the groove from the first axial end to the second axial end, and fills up a first part of the groove with a first material. An insert fills up a second part of the groove with a second material which has the metal element of the periodic table. The insert part and the cast metal region are connected in a bonded manner by a connection zone.

A cage rotor for an electric machine, has a laminated rotor core having a groove, a rotor end ring that is cast on to one axial end of the laminated core and has a first material and a bar situated in the groove and supported by a deformable bearing having a bearing device. A laminated rotor core for a cage rotor includes a groove and a bearing device, an electric machine with a cage rotor, a method for producing a laminated rotor core by producing a bearing device on the laminated rotor core, and a method for producing a cage rotor by supporting a bar in a groove by a deformable bearing having a bearing device.

A cage rotor for an electrical machine includes a rotor laminated core having a groove, and a short-circuiting ring having a first material and cast onto an axial end of the rotor laminated core. Arranged in the groove is a bar which has a bar end. The bar end penetrates into the first material of the short-circuiting ring and has a plurality of notches to provide the bar end with a greater flexibility.

An electric machine has a base body with a stator, a rotor shaft mounted in the base body, and a heat exchanger. Cooling ducts for a liquid cooling medium are arranged in the base body. The rotor shaft is embodied as a hollow shaft through which the liquid cooling medium can flow. The heat exchanger dissipates heat contained in the liquid cooling medium to the surroundings of the electric machine. The heat exchanger, the rotor shaft and the cooling ducts are fluidically connected in series, producing a closed circuit for the liquid medium. A feed element is arranged to co-rotate with the rotor shaft. The feed element is inserted in the closed circuit for the liquid cooling medium to forcibly circulate the liquid cooling medium in the closed circuit as the rotor shaft for the liquid cooling medium rotates.

An electric machine has a stator and a rotor arranged on a rotor shaft for rotation about a shaft axis, wherein the shaft axis defines an axial, a radial and a tangential direction. The rotor has at least one continuous axial rotor channel. The stator has a lamination stack extending over the rotor viewed in the axial direction. The lamination stack completely surrounds the rotor, forming a closed inner rotor chamber and has at least one axial stator channel running continuously in the axial direction and that is completely closed when viewed on the sectional plane. The electric machine has covers which are designed to form in conjunction with the lamination stack at least one radial channel running in the radial direction. The radial channels connect the axial stator channel(s) to the inner rotor chamber by means of a fluid connection but are otherwise closed.
