A sanitary mixing unit (), in particular for wall installation, has a cartridge () with an outer housing (), a flow adjustment device, a temperature adjustment device and a thermostatic device, in which the flow adjustment device has a fixed valve disc () and a rotatable valve disc () which co-acts with the fixed valve disc. A sanitary mixing unit which is of simple and economical construction and in which a functional matching of the inlet connections for hot and cold water can be matched to the locations of the hot and cold water supplies is provided by an inner housing (), which can be coaxially rotated relative to the outer housing () having the thermostat device arranged in it, the rotatable valve disc () being fixed to the inner housing () and the fixed valve disc being fixed to the outer housing ().

A sanitary mixing unit (), in particular for wall installation, has a thermostatic device with a thermostatic element (), and an excess travel spring () and a return spring () which act on the thermostatic element (). A a sanitary mixing unit which is of simple and economical construction and with a low installation depth may be provided by the excess travel spring () and the return spring () acting on the thermostatic element () in the same direction, such that, in the case of excess travel, the spring forces of the excess travel spring () and the return spring () are additive.

A sanitary fitting for attachment to a plumbing wall including a fitting body with a common supply housing, the common supply housing having an elongated shape with a hot water supply and a cold water supply which are positioned in a supply plane substantially perpendicular to the plumbing wall and a valve for closing and/or mixing water flowing through the sanitary fitting, the valve having an elongated shape and being located outside the supply housing underneath the supply plane and the common supply housing, where a lengthwise axis of the valve means extends substantially parallel to a lengthwise axis of the supply housing.

Sanitary mixing faucet with thermostat control

The showerhead of the present invention permits the removal of damaging water deposits, such as lime deposits, without causing damage to the surrounding showerhead portion on which the deposits are located. The showerhead includes a bottom portion with resilient extended portions associated with water exit ports of the showerhead wherein said resilient portions can be manipulated for removal of lime deposits from water. Specifically, the bottom portion of the showerhead may include a projection member extending along the periphery of the showerhead. The bottom portion may also comprise a membrane member including a plurality of water passage openings therethrough.

A drainage fixture for a sanitary device, such as a sink, lavatory, or bathtub having a drainage socket with a drain hole includes a drainage funnel and a stationary disk inserted into the drain hole of the sanitary device. A plunger, including a plunger head and a guide element, for closing the drain hole is positioned under the stationary disk so as to be movable between a closed and an open position. The drainage funnel has an upper rim portion forming a sealing collar for the plunger head in the closed position. The upper rim portion is recessed in the drain hole so as to provide space for a longitudinal movement of the plunger head between the closed and the open positions. The stationary disk is made of ceramic material of a color adapted to the color of the ceramic material of the sanitary device and has a diameter that is smaller than the diameter of the drain hole and at least as great as the greatest diameter of the upper rim portion of the drainage funnel so that an annular gap is formed between the stationary disk and the rim of the drain hole.
