A generator module includes a housing arranged for fixing to a combustion engine, a stator fixed in the housing, and a rotor rotatable within the stator. The housing includes a first conical surface and a first through hole, and the rotor includes a rotor support flange having a second conical surface and a second threaded hole. The second threaded hole is arranged for receiving a threaded fastener extending through the first through hole and threaded into the second threaded hole to pull the rotor support flange against the housing to secure the second conical surface against the first conical surface.

A shipping jig for an e-motor includes a central axis, an annular disk arranged for fixing to a cover of the e-motor, and a cylindrical portion extending axially from the annular disk and arranged for axially and radially positioning a rotor carrier of the e-motor relative to a stator of the e-motor. The annular disk includes a first plurality of holes distributed about a first bolt circle and a second plurality of holes distributed about a second bolt circle, smaller than the first bolt circle. The cylindrical portion may also be arranged for radially positioning a portion of a resolver relative to the stator. The first plurality of holes may each have a same third diameter and the second plurality of holes may each have a same fourth diameter, greater than the same third diameter.

A cooling crescent for a hybrid module includes a first half section and a second half section. The first half section has a radially outer inlet orifice and a plurality of circumferentially disposed radially inner outlet orifices. The second half section is sealed to the first half section to form a narrow channel hydraulically connected to the radially outer inlet orifice, and a circumferentially extending channel hydraulically connected to the narrow channel and the plurality of circumferentially disposed radially inner outlet orifices. In some example embodiments, the first half section or the second half section comprises a plurality of axially extending tabs with respective orifices for fixing the cooling crescent to a housing of the hybrid module. In an embodiment, the plurality of axially extending tabs are configured to be adjustable to vary a respective height of the tabs to accommodate for e-motor stators of varying sizes.

A clutch assembly is disclosed herein. The clutch assembly includes a joint balance chamber positioned between a disconnect apply chamber and a torque converter clutch apply chamber. A torque converter assembly includes a charge pressure fluid circuit. A hub defines a passage between the charge pressure fluid circuit and the joint balance chamber, such that fluid from the torque converter assembly is provided to the joint balance chamber.
