A surgical device includes a forceps device that performs a bending movement and opening and closing movements of grasping portions of the forceps device, driven portions to which a driving force is transmitted from outside the surgical device, and plural cords, each being fixed to one of the driven portions, the cords transmitting movements of the driven portions to the forceps device. The forceps device performs one or both of the bending movement and the opening and closing movements when all or a portion of the cords are pulled.

Surgical device

In a surgical tool, a cord-shaped element transmits a movement of a driven portion to a working portion. A rotor has a circumferential surface around which the cord-shaped element extending from the driven portion to the working portion is wound. A first and a second supporting portion support the rotor such that the rotor is movable in relation to one or both of the driven portion and the working portion. A rotational shaft includes a first end securable to a first supporting portion, and supports the rotor such that the rotor is rotatable about a rotational axis thereof. A securing portion is arranged between a second end of the rotational shaft and the second supporting portion. A position of the securing portion relative to the rotational shaft is changeable in a rotational axis direction. The securing portion is securable to the second supporting portion.

Surgical tool

An aspect of the present invention provides a drape unit that is disposed between a medical robot holding a surgical instrument and the surgical instrument to isolate the surgical instrument and the medical robot from each other. The drape unit transmits power in a forward/backward direction from a power transmission part of the medical robot to a movable part provided in the surgical instrument. The drape unit comprises: a movable intervening part that receives the power from the power transmission part; and a fixed intervening part that is detachably attached to the medical robot. The fixed intervening part has a through-hole through which a part of the movable intervening part is inserted. The fixed intervening part has a housing portion that covers a part of the movable intervening part as viewed in a penetrating direction of the through-hole when the movable intervening part moves to an end portion in the forward/backward direction. It is thereby possible to sufficiently isolate a clean area and an unclean area from each other and improve the operability of surgery.

Drape unit

A surgical tool includes a driven portion, a cord-shaped element, and a rotor. To the driven portion, a driving force is transmitted from an external portion. The cord-shaped element transmits a movement of the driven portion. The rotor has a circumferential surface around which the cord-shaped element extending from the driven portion is wound. The circumferential surface includes two or more grooves arranged side by side in a direction of a central axis of the rotor so that the cord-shaped element is windable therearound, and at least one cut-out portion connecting adjacent grooves among the two or more grooves so that the cord-shaped element is placeable through the adjacent grooves.

A medical robot of the present disclosure includes: a surgical tool including a treatment portion, and a body including a driven portion configured to transmit a driving force to the treatment portion; and an attachment portion including a transmitting portion configured to transmit the driving force by being engaged with the driven portion, and an attachment surface configured to face the body. The surgical tool includes a surgical-instrument-engagement-part and the attachment portion includes an attachment-portion-engagement-part. The surgical-instrument-engagement-part and the attachment-portion-engagement-part are configured to allow the surgical tool to be attached to the attachment portion by a relative movement of the surgical tool and the attachment portion in a direction along the attachment surface, and also configured to allow the surgical tool to be removed from the attachment portion by a relative movement of the surgical tool and the attachment portion in a direction intersecting with the attachment surface.

Medical robot, surgical tool and attachment portion

A slider is provided. A slider of the present disclosure includes a slider body disposed to be movable in a linear direction relative to a surgical instrument, and two holders disposed on the slider body for holding ends of a wire between the two holders to retain the wire in an annular shape. At least a first holder of the two holders is provided with an insertion hole for inserting and passing the ends of the wire toward an outside from between the two holders.

Slider and surgical instrument

A motive power transmission adapter includes a casing and at least one power transmission portion. The casing is disposed between a surgical tool and a power unit for driving the surgical tool. In addition, the casing includes a clean surface which is a surface facing the surgical tool disposed in a clean region and an unclean surface which is a surface facing the power unit disposed in an unclean region. At least one power transmission portion is movable relative to the casing and transmits a movement of the drive portion to the driven portion. In addition, at least one power transmission portion is disposed to be movable in a direction in which the clean surface and the unclean surface extend and is disposed between the drive portion and the driven portion in a direction intersecting a linear motion direction of the drive portion.
