An electronic unit attaching structure includes an electronic unit () having a plurality of connector connection portions () and an electronic unit attachment () having a plurality of connectors (C, C) correspond to the plurality of the connector connection portions. Attachment structure

An object of the present invention is to provide a relay able to reduce a receiving space in a fitting direction between a terminal and a terminal fitting. A relay includes: a relay main body of which outer shape is in a rectangular parallelepiped shape; and four plate-shaped terminals projected from the relay main body and configured to be fitted with terminal fittings. The relay main body includes: an upper surface and a lower surface opposite to each other; two side surfaces opposite to each other; and two side surfaces opposite to each other. Four terminals are projected from the upper surface and bent at right angle two times so that tips of these terminals are opposite to the side surfaces. The tips of the two terminals are opposite to one side surface, and the tips of the remaining two terminals are opposite to the other side surface.

Relay, relay module having the same, and electrical junction box

There is provide an electric wire fixing device improving storage performance of electric wires while preventing the electric wires from being displaced along a longitudinal direction of the electric wire. An electric wire fixing device includes a bottom wall at which an electric wire is disposed and a pair of side walls extending from the bottom wall to position the electric wire between each other, one side wall being provided with a hole through which a fixation member for fixing the electric wire is passed. The fixation member is passed through the hole and wound around the electric wires so that the electric wires are placed close to the bottom wall and fixed. The bottom wall includes a projecting piece extending from the bottom wall and located between the electric wires and the bottom wall, and the fixation member is passed between the projecting piece and the bottom wall.

Electric wire fixing device

For an object of providing an electric connection box which can maintain waterproof when a car is washed by high-pressure water, the electric connection box includes a box main body having a groove recessed from an outer wall and extending straight; and a side cover slid along a lengthwise direction of the groove so as to be mounted at the box main body, and covering the groove when the side cover is mounted at the box main body. The side cover includes third and fourth plate members to be arranged within a same geometrical plane of the outer wall. The third and fourth plate members are provided with flaps projecting from the third and fourth plate members along a widthwise direction of the groove.

Electric connection box

An electric junction boxincludes: a case; a tubular guide portionprojected from the case, and guiding a harnessout of the case. The guide portionis divided to a pair of gutter-shaped portions. Each of the gutter-shaped portionsis composed of a bottom walland a pair of vertical wallsextended from both sides of the bottom wallin a circumferential direction Y. An elastically deformable hingeis provided between the gutter-shaped portionand the caseand configured to allow the gutter-shaped portionto be moved away from or close to the gutter-shaped portion. The vertical wallsof the pair of gutter-shaped portionsare overlapped with each other in a radial direction.

Electric junction box

There is provided an electric junction box for ensuring a watertight performance even when a harness with various thickness is applied, including a box body, a tubular guide portion projecting from the box body and guiding a harness out of the box body, wherein the guide portion is provided with a plurality of wall portions, divided along the axial direction of the guide portion, and at least one of the wall portions is provided with a movable spurtle as a spurtle and a bending portion formed between the movable spurtle and the box body elastically deformable in the outside direction of the guide portion, and wherein the inner diameter of the guide portion in neutral state that the bending portion is not in elastic deformation is formed to fit the harness with a minimum outer diameter.

There is provided a waterproof case which prevents ingress of water into the waterproof case through a protection piece, including a case body formed into a rectangular tube-like shape with a peripheral wall thereof and a lower cover having a bottom wall covering a lower opening of the case body and a peripheral wall extending from the bottom wall. The peripheral wall of the body case is placed so as to cover the peripheral wall of the lower cover. The protection piece is provided at the peripheral wall of the lower cover so as to sandwich the peripheral wall of the case body with the peripheral wall of the lower cover to prevent the deformation of the peripheral wall of the lower cover. There is also provided a protrusion protruding from a surface of the peripheral wall of the case body on which the protection piece is placed.

Waterproof case

The electric connection block includes: a plurality of layers, each layer consisting of a plurality of terminals bent in an L-shape arranged in a line, each terminal having a first end portion for electric connection and a second end portion for connection to a circuit board; an electrically insulating terminal holder including receiving surfaces arranged in a stairs manner, each receiving surface placing a first section of the terminal thereon, and through holes each permitting a second section of the terminal to be inserted therein, the through hole being adjacent to the receiving surface; and a cover which includes hole parts each permitting the first section of the terminal to be inserted therein and joins the terminal holder.

Electric connection block

In a board connector including: a connector housing; and at least two types of terminals having different sizes and held in the connector housing, such that said at least two types of terminals are arranged in parallel with one another in the connector housing and projects from a rear wall of the connector housing so as to be bent downwardly to form L-shape, wherein a plurality of block, each of which is formed by a group of said at least two types of terminals, are arranged in a horizontal direction, and said two types of terminals are divided in a vertical direction in accordance with the size of the terminals in each block.

Board connector

A junction block includes: a printed circuit board; a fuse block; connector blocks; and an inner cover for providing a stiffness to an assembly integrating the printed circuit board, the fuse block and the connector block; and fixing parts for fixing the fuse block and the connector blocks to the inner cover together. The fuse block and the connector blocks are fixed to the inner cover through the fixing parts.
