A vehicle seat includes: a leg member, attached to a lower end portion of a seat main body movable between use and stowed positions and movable along with a seat main body, and a leg holding member, elastically deformable to hold a holding target portion of the leg member. The leg holding member includes separated first and second portions which are configured to hold the holding target portion having passed through an introduction opening of the leg holding member formed between the first and second portions with the holding target portion interposed between the first and second portions when the leg member moves along with the seat main body moving toward the use position. A deformation amount restriction portion restricts deformation generated when the leg holding member is elastically deformed so that the first and second portions are separated when the holding target portion passes through the introduction opening.

Conveyance seat

In a vehicular seat device (), a right seat () is movably supported via a right slide rail (). The right seat is provided with a seat back () mounted to a movable base () of the right slide rail, a seat cushion () rotatably mounted to the seat back, and a connecting link () rotatably supporting a front portion () of the seat cushion on the movable base. The connecting link includes a leg link portion () detachably supported on the movable base. The right seat when folded in a storage mode is movable to a storage position () of a lower floor ().

Vehicular seat device

A vehicle seat which can retract a seat body in a refraction floor with components of a refraction structure not arranged on a surface of the retraction floor is provided by a simple structure. This includes: a support leg detachably retained by a leg retaining member, located on a vehicle body floor, and supporting a seat cushion; and a support base connected to the vehicle body floor to support a pivotable seat back. The seat back pivots relative to the support base to move the seat cushion to the refraction floor. The support leg pivots relative to the seat cushion in accordance with a pivotal movement of the seat back and reaches from the leg retaining member when the seat back has reached a predetermined pivoted position. The support leg is positioned lower than the leg retaining member when the vehicle seat is in a retracted state.

Seat for vehicles

A conveyance seat is provided that includes: a folding mechanism that performs a folding operation for folding the headrest forward; a first receiving portion that receives a first operation when folding only the headrest forward; a second receiving portion that receives a second operation when storing the conveyance seat; a first driving portion that drives only the folding mechanism by the first operation received by the first receiving portion to permit the folding mechanism to perform the folding operation; and a second driving portion that drives the folding mechanism along with the movement of at least one of the seat cushion and the seatback to the storing position permitting the folding mechanism to perform the folding operation when the second receiving portion receives the second operation, wherein the folding mechanism, the first driving portion, and the second driving portion are all attached to the seatback frame provided inside the seatback.

Disclosed is a vehicle seat device configured so that the seat cushion can be suitably held at a raised position and that side links are compact. A vehicle seat device is provided with a movement mechanism () capable of moving the seat cushion () between a seating position and a stowed position. The movement mechanism is provided with: a cross member () provided to the seat cushion; left and right, front support brackets () provided to the vehicle body floor (); left and right, side links () rotatably connected to the left and right, front support brackets and rotatably connected to the cross member; and a guide link () which has first guide support shafts () rotatably provided in front of the rotation support shafts () of the side links and which also has a second guide support shaft () rotatably provided to the cross member.

Vehicle seat device

Protection apparatus includes: a seat back pivotable between reclined and upright positions; a pivoting-angle adjustment section for adjusting the pivoting angle of the seat back through a motor; a prediction section for predicting an object likely to collide against the vehicle from behind; a control section for controlling the adjustment section, in accordance with a prediction signal generated by the prediction section, to cause the seat back to be pivoted to a practically vertical upright position. The control section is arranged to control the adjustment section in accordance with not only the prediction signal but also an operation signal from a manual seat operating section. When the prediction signal has been received, the control section controls the adjustment section to cause the seat back to be pivoted to the practically vertical upright position at higher speed than when the operation signal has been received.
