A solar cell module manufacturing device is disclosed. The device includes a wire supply portion, a correction portion, and a cutting portion. The supply portion includes a bobbin and wiring material on the bobbin. The correction portion corrects curvature of the wiring material. The correction portion comprises a first pulley that comes in contact with the wiring material which is drawn from the bobbin. The first pulley comprises at a periphery thereof a first groove. The first groove comprises a first basal surface and a pair of first inclined surfaces which are arranged on both sides of the first basal surface. An inclination angle &#x3b8;1 of the first inclined surface relative to the first basal surface being less than or equal to an inclination angle &#x3b8;2 of the wiring material which is drawn from the supply portion relative to the first basal surface.
