A video management system is configured to include plural terminal devices, a drive recorder to be mounted in a vehicle, and a management apparatus. The management apparatus stores the set of corresponding data generated by a generation unit, determines, upon receipt of a replay request including a piece of identification information, whether or not a piece of identification information associated with a set of video data that is a target of the replay request agrees with the piece of identification information included in the replay request, and permits a transmission source of the replay request to replay the set of video data in a case where it has been determined that these pieces of identification information agree with each other.

Video management system

A terminal device includes: a first communicator that carries out short-distance radio communications with a terminal device; a second communicator that carries out long-distance radio communications with the terminal device; a detector that detects an identifier, for identifying the terminal device, from a reception signal received by the first communicator; a determiner that determines signal strength of the reception signal detected by the detector; a storage that stores information relating to the terminal device and the signal strength; a storage controller that exercises such control that the identifier and the signal strength are correlated with each other and stored in the storage as a proximity station list; a setter; and an output controller.

Terminal device and control method

There is provided a communication device including a transmission unit that transmits predetermined information to a base station in accordance with a transmission order of its own and a transmission cycle preset in the communication device of its own, a receiving unit that receives, from other communication device, a reception signal and a transmission order preset in the other communication device, and a control unit that extends the transmission cycle of the communication device of its own when the receiving unit receives a specific signal, compares the transmission order of its own with the transmission order of the other communication device to calculate a transmission timing for transmitting the predetermined information to the base station, and controls the transmission unit to transmit the predetermined information to the base station.
