An element body includes a principal surface arranged to constitute a mounting surface and a first side surface adjacent to the principal surface. An external electrode includes a first electrode portion disposed on the principal surface and a second electrode portion disposed on the first side surface. The first electrode portion includes a sintered metal layer, a conductive resin layer formed on the sintered metal layer, and a plating layer formed on the conductive resin layer. The second electrode portion includes a first region and a second region. The first region includes a sintered metal layer and a plating layer formed on the sintered metal layer. The second region includes a sintered metal layer, a conductive resin layer formed on the sintered metal layer, and a plating layer formed on the conductive resin layer. The second region is located closer to the principal surface than the first region.

Electronic component and electronic component device

A lubricating oil composition which contains a base oil and a fluorine compound and may have improved cooling performance. The base oil may contain a mineral oil. The base oil may have a kinematic viscosity in a range of from 1 to 25 mm/s at 40° C. The content of the fluorine compound may be in a range of from 3 to 30% by weight based on the total amount of the composition.

Lubricant composition

An electronic component includes an element body of a rectangular parallelepiped shape, an external electrode, and an insulating film. The element body includes a first principal surface as a mounting surface, and a first side surface adjacent to the first principal surface. The external electrode includes a first electrode part and a second electrode part. The first electrode part is disposed on the first principal surface. The second electrode part is disposed on the first side surface and connected to the first electrode part. The insulating film continuously covers an end edge of the first electrode part and at least a part of an end edge of the second electrode part.

An electronic component includes an element body and an external electrode disposed on the element body. The external electrode includes a sintered metal layer and a conductive resin layer. An engine oil composition obtained by compounding: (A) a base oil mixture including a first base oil and a second base oil, the first base oil having a kinematic viscosity of 2 to 50 mm/s at 100&#xb0; C., a viscosity index of 80, and a sulfur content of less than 0.03 mass %, the second base oil having a kinematic viscosity of 2 to 50 mm/s at 100&#xb0; C., a viscosity index of 60, and a sulfur content of 0.03 mass % or more; (B) an oil-soluble molybdenum-containing composition; and (C) a molybdenum-based friction modifier; in which, based on the total amount of engine oil composition, the content of the second base oil is 0.1 to 15 mass %, the content of (B) oil-soluble molybdenum-containing composition is 10 to 1000 mass ppm in terms of amount of molybdenum, and the content of (C) molybdenum-based friction modifier is 100 to 1000 mass ppm in terms of amount of molybdenum.

Engine oil composition

A lubricating oil composition used in an internal combustion engine contains lubricating base oil; a disulfide compound as a component (A), a no-boron-containing ashless dispersant as a component (B), and a boron-containing ashless dispersant as a component (C). The disulfide compound as the component (A) is represented by the following formula (1) and/or the following formula (2). The no-boron-containing ashless dispersant as the component (B) has in its side chain: an alkyl group having a number average molecular weight of 500 to 3,000; or an alkenyl group having a number average molecular weight of 500 to 3,000. Lubricant composition for internal combustion engine

A multilayer capacitor includes a multilayer body as a main body of the multilayer capacitor, in which a plurality of internal electrodes and stacked dielectric layers each interposed between the internal electrodes are disposed, being stacked in a stack direction, and dielectrics are disposed on an outer periphery side of the plural internal electrodes, wherein: a pair of upper and lower margin portions in which no internal electrode exists are disposed respectively between end faces positioned in the stack direction of the multilayer body and the internal electrodes that are the closest to the end faces positioned in the stack direction; a pair of right and left margin portions in which no internal electrode exists are disposed respectively between end faces positioned in a direction intersecting the stack direction of the multilayer body and end portions of the internal electrodes; and dimensions of the upper and lower margin portions and dimensions of the right and left margin portions are all 50 &#x3bc;m to 200 &#x3bc;m, and a difference between the dimensions of the upper and lower margin portions and the dimensions of the right and left margin portions is within 20% of the dimensions of the upper and lower margin portions. Therefore, a multilayer capacitor is obtained that not only realizes both downsizing and higher capacity but also is excellent in thermal stress resistance even when a large number of layers of internal electrodes are stacked.
