A battery depletion prevention apparatus including a microprocessor and a memory coupled to the microprocessor. The microprocessor and the memory are configured to perform registering an information of a user, acquiring an information of a remaining battery capacity of a vehicle, predicting a possibility of a battery depletion of the vehicle based on the information of the remaining battery capacity, and transmitting a use request command for requesting the user to use the vehicle for charging a battery of the vehicle to a user terminal of the user based on the possibility of the battery depletion.

A vehicle service providing apparatus includes an electronic control unit having a microprocessor and memory. The memory is configured to perform storing map data including route position data. The microprocessor is configured to perform acquiring reservation application data for using the vehicle including destination data, calculating a route to the destination base on the map data stored and the destination data acquired, acquiring parcel data including fee revenue data for a delivery of the parcel, determining whether the user satisfies a predetermined requirement for delivering the parcel when using the vehicle based on the parcel data in the acquiring and the route calculated in the calculating, deciding the incentive based on the parcel data in the acquiring when it is determined that the user satisfies the predetermined requirement; and outputting incentive data of the incentive in the deciding to the user.

The microprocessor is configured to perform: acquiring a renting-image of a vehicle photographed by a user of a vehicle-renting-service using a camera mounted on a wireless-terminal at a renting-time of the vehicle and a renting-location-information of a photographing-location of the renting-image, and a returning-image of the vehicle photographed by the user using the camera at a returning-time of the vehicle and a returning-location-information of a photographing-location of the returning-image, from the wireless-terminal; detecting a change-degree of a state of the vehicle from the renting-time to the returning-time based on the renting-image and the returning-image acquired; and determining whether the renting-image and the returning-image are reliable based on the renting-location-information and the returning-location-information acquired, the detecting including detecting the change-degree when it is determined that the renting-image and the returning-image are reliable.
