According to one embodiment, a first key sharing module outputs a common key, a first cryptographic module encrypts plaintext data and outputs encrypted data. A first transmission system transmits the encrypted data. A second transmission system transmits the common key. A monitor device is disposed in the first transmission system, and receives transmission condition data from a first base and reception condition data from a second base, and performs matching of the transmission condition data and the reception condition data.

Cryptographic communication path monitoring system and monitoring method

According to one embodiment, an encryption communication system configures a network with a plurality of nodes, and shares the encryption key between a first node that delivers the encryption key to a first user and a second node that delivers the encryption key to a second user. The first node forms n (n>1) systems of paths to the second node over the network, generates n pieces of first data, distributes the n pieces of first data to the n systems of paths and transmits the n pieces of first data to the second node, and generates the encryption key by superimposing the n pieces of first data. The second node receives the n pieces of first data from the first node via the n systems of paths, and generates the encryption key by superimposing the n pieces of first data.

The mechanism includes: a rod-shaped coupling member receiver into which a rod-shaped coupling member to be used during the towing is configured to be inserted on a front portion or a rear portion of the electric vehicle, and to which the inserted rod-shaped coupling member is configured to be locked; and a switcher that is provided between the axle and the decelerator, and that is configured to bring the axle and the decelerator into a decoupled state in an inserting operation of inserting the rod-shaped coupling member into the rod-shaped coupling member receiver, and to bring the axle and the decelerator into a coupled state in a removing operation of removing the rod-shaped coupling member from the rod-shaped coupling member receiver.

Mechanism for preventing power generation during towing of electric vehicle and electric vehicle towing method using the mechanism

A fuel injection apparatus includes: an injector disposed at a position offset from an ignition plug toward an intake port and injecting a fuel spray toward a crown surface of a piston, and an injection controller causing the injector to perform injection in accordance with an amount and timing of fuel injection preset in accordance with an operating state of an engine. The piston includes: a first recess formed by recessing a central portion of the crown surface and a second recess formed by recessing part of the first recess on an injector side further than the first recess. The injector injects 50% or more of fuel to be injected for the last fuel injection toward the second recess during a compression stroke, and injects part of the fuel to be injected for the last fuel injection toward an area of the first recess other than the second recess.

Fuel injection apparatus

A piston is used for an engine including: an ignition plug disposed in the vicinity of a central axis of a cylinder; intake and exhaust ports disposed at positions where the ignition plug is interposed therebetween; and an injector disposed at a position offset from the ignition plug toward the intake port to inject fuel sprays toward a crown surface of the piston. The piston includes: a recess formed by recessing the crown surface of the piston with respect to other portions of the crown surface, in which the recess includes a step on an outer peripheral edge over the entire circumference thereof with respect to the other portions, and a pair of lateral sides formed straightly so as to extend substantially in parallel to a straight line connecting the injector and the ignition plug when seen in a direction of the cylinder axis.

A self-heating container comprises an outer casing (56) having a bottom wall (60) an inner casing (64) secured within the outer casing and a heat-generating material (72) contained in the inner casing. The container includes also a vertical shaft (38) journalled within the inner casing and having a lower end extending out of the bottom wall of the outer casing, a sparking wheel (36) having an abrasive surface and secured to the shaft adjacent the heat-generating material and a flint (40) supported by the inner casing and pressed against the abrasive surface to generate sparks when the wheel is caused to rotate. A horizontal shaft (82) is journalled to the outer casing and adapted to be rotated, and gear means (78,80) couples the vertical shaft (38) and the horizontal shaft (82).

Self-heating container

A self-heating container comprising a container with a heater fixed therein. The heater includes a pyrogen, a firing agent in contact with and easier to fire than the pyrogen, and an igniter including a rotatably supported striker wheel and a flint mounted for compressive engagement with the wheel. The wheel is rotatably engageable from outside the container.

An ignition system comprising a metal plate having a pyrogen on one side thereof, a turning shaft journalled by the plate, and a sparking wheel secured to the shaft. A flint is supported by the plate and pressed against the wheel. An opening is formed in the plate adjacent the wheel, and a screen is formed on the plate adjacent the opening. The screen deflects sparks through the opening to the pyrogen, and the screen is preferably angled to efficiently deflect the sparks. The igniter is mounted in a self-heating container for heating food or a liquid.

Ignition system and self-heating container

A self-heating container comprising a heater contained in a container. The heater includes a pyrogen of high energy density having a large heating value, and a firing agent contacting the pyrogen and easier to fire than the pyrogen. Each of the pyrogen and the firing agents is a mixture of one or more kinds of metal oxide powder and one or more kinds of powder of elementary substances or alloys of metal and semimetal. The heater is supported on a wall of the container through a heat insulator to reduce the heat loss. The insulator has a bore formed through it and extending between the firing agent and the outside of the container. An igniter can be inserted into the bore to ignite the firing agent.
