A multi-output linear regulator includes: a main output stage circuit, configured to operably generate a reference output voltage according to a main control voltage; an error amplifier, configured to operably amplify a difference between a reference voltage and a feedback signal to generate the main control voltage, wherein the feedback signal is related to the reference output voltage; a first voltage converter, configured to operably level-shift the main control voltage with a first voltage shifting level to generate a first control voltage; a first output stage circuit, configured to operably generate a first output voltage according to the first control voltage; and a second output stage circuit, configured to operably generate a second output voltage according to the main control voltage.

Multi-interval sensing circuit and sensing method having multi-hysteresis

A fast response amplifier circuit includes a pre-stage circuit and an output stage circuit. The pre-stage circuit generates a control signal according to a difference between a first input signal and a second input signal. The output stage circuit generates an output signal at an output node according to the control signal. The output stage circuit includes: a power transistor controlled by a driving signal to generate the output signal; a voltage positioning transistor operates according to the output signal to steer a first portion and a second portion of a bias current; an overshoot detecting circuit detecting an overshoot of the output signal to generate an overshoot indicating signal; and a first overshoot suppressor which generates a first overshoot suppressing signal according to the overshoot indicating signal to adjust a conduction resistance of the power transistor to suppress an overshoot of the output signal.

A bandgap reference circuit including a clamp circuit is provided. The bandgap reference circuit performs the calibration only for one time in a normal mode to store a control code of a reference generator of the clamp circuit. In a suspend mode, the control code is used for controlling the reference generator to cause the clamp circuit to provide a desired source voltage, and a bandgap reference voltage source is shut down to reduce the power consumption.

There is provided a parallel sensing touch control device including a capacitive sensor array processed by differential unit. In one detection interval, the device is concurrently conducting more than one sensing electrode of the capacitive sensor array so as to reduce a scanning interval of the capacitive sensor array. The differential unit performs a differential operation on detected signals to cancel out common mode noise.

A hybrid transmitter driver works in a first operation mode or a second operation mode and includes an operational amplifier, a pre-driver, a first multiplexer, a second multiplexer and an output stage driver. After receiving a signal from the first signal generator, the operational amplifier outputs a first driving signal and a third driving signal. After receiving a signal from the second signal generator, the pre-driver outputs a second driving signal and a fourth driving signal. In the first operation mode, the first multiplexer outputs the second driving signal and the second multiplexer outputs the fourth driving signal to make the output stage driver output a first transmission signal. In the second operation mode, the first multiplexer outputs the first driving signal and the second multiplexer outputs the third driving signal to make the output stage driver output a second transmission signal.

Hybrid transmitter driver

The present invention provides a voltage scaling-up circuit which comprises a charge pump circuit and a multiplexer circuit. The charge pump circuit which includes at least one pumping switch, and is configured to operably periodically converts an input voltage to a pumped voltage onto a pump output node through the at least one pumping switch by charging and pumping, such that the pumped voltage has a scaling factor over the input voltage, wherein the at least one pumping switch has a bulk. The multiplexer circuit senses a predetermined voltage and the pumped voltage and selects one of the predetermined voltage and the pumped voltage which has a higher magnitude as a scaled output voltage at a scaled output node; wherein the bulk of the at least one pumping switch is biased to the scaled output voltage.
