An LED filament is disclosed. In an embodiment an LED filament includes a carrier composed of a material transparent to electromagnetic radiation, two electrical terminals located on the carrier and at least two radiation-emitting semiconductor chips arranged on the carrier, wherein the semiconductor chips are electrically connected to the electrical terminals, wherein undersides of the semiconductor chips are connected by way of an adhesive layer to the carrier, wherein the adhesive layers comprise a first conversion material, wherein the first conversion material is configured to shift at least a portion of a wavelength of radiation from the semiconductor chips, wherein the semiconductor chips comprise a conversion layer on upper sides and on lateral areas, wherein the conversion layers are configured to shift at least a portion of the wavelength of the radiation from the semiconductor chips, wherein a transparent matrix material mixed with a second conversion material covers the semiconductor chips, and wherein sedimented conversion layers with an increased concentration of the second conversion material cover the upper sides and lateral areas of the semiconductor chips.

An electronic device includes a carrier and a semiconductor chip, wherein the carrier includes a first dielectric layer and a second dielectric layer, a thermal conductivity of the first dielectric layer exceeds a thermal conductivity of the second dielectric layer, the second dielectric layer is arranged on the first dielectric layer and partially covers the first dielectric layer, the semiconductor chip is arranged on the carrier in a mounting area in which the first dielectric layer is not covered by the second dielectric layer, and the carrier includes a solder terminal for electrical contacting arranged on the second dielectric layer.

Light-emitting means and use

An optoelectronic component includes a first substrate on which are arranged an active region and a first contact region, and a first contact layer arranged in the first contact region. The second component includes a second substrate on which is arranged at least one second contact layer arranged in a second contact region. The first contact layer connects electrically conductively with the active region and additionally is bonded to the second contact layer by an adhesive layer. The adhesive layer includes an electrically conductive adhesive. The first contact layer and/or the second contact layer are patterned at least in part.
