A fan device includes a driving device, a fan wheel, and a locking fastener. The driving device includes a shaft. The fan wheel defines a shaft hole to receive the shaft. The locking fastener has a thermal expansion coefficient same as a thermal expansion coefficient of the shaft.

A brush assembly includes a brush holder, a brush, an elastic element, and a conductive terminal. The brush slidably is accommodated in the brush holder. The elastic element is resisted between the brush and the brush holder. And the conductive terminal is formed by bending from the brush holder.

Brush assembly, motor and liquid pump

A pump device includes a casing, an impeller, a base, and a motor. The casing includes a pump chamber, and an inlet and an outlet. The impeller is accommodated in the pump chamber. The motor is connected to the casing for driving the impeller to rotate and includes a rotor chamber for receiving a rotor. The base is disposed between the impeller and the motor and includes an accommodating groove having an inlet port in communication with the rotor chamber to allow fluid in the pump chamber to enter into the rotor chamber. In the pump device, precipitation has been performed to fluid in the accommodating groove before the fluid enters into the rotor chamber, thus the impurity particles can be prevented from entering into the rotor chamber, thereby prolonging the service life of the pump device.

Pump device

A motor includes a stator core, a winding bracket mounted around the stator core, a winding wound around the winding bracket, and a rotor cooperating with stator core. The winding bracket comprises a first bracket and a second bracket arranged in parallel with each other. The motor further includes a first connecting terminal and a second connecting terminal for supplying power to the winding from an external power source, and the first connecting terminal and the second connecting terminal are both mounted on the second bracket.

Motor and stator thereof

A cover assembly and a brushed motor are provided. The cover assembly includes a mounting portion and a flow guide portion. The mounting portion defines a first opening through the mounting portion along an axial direction of the motor. The flow guide portion includes a top wall disposed at one end thereof away from the mounting portion along the motor axial direction. The fluid guide portion defines a second opening extending to an inner wall surface of the top wall in the motor axial direction. The first opening and the second opening are in flow communication with each other. The flow guide portion further defines a winding flow passage. The flow passage has an inner inlet in flow communication with the second opening and an outer outlet in flow communication with an outside environment. The present invention facilitates absorption of the motor noise and hence reduction of the output noise.

Cover assembly and motor

A stator includes a stator core including stator poles and a yoke connecting the stator poles, at least one winding wound around the stator core and connecting terminals configured to connect with an external power source to supply power to the winding and located at one end of the yoke adjacent the stator poles. A single phase motor and a ventilation fan are also provided.

Pump and electric motor

A heating pump includes a pump housing with an inlet, an outlet, a heater, an impeller, and a motor for driving the impeller. The impeller is received in the pump housing. The heater includes connecting heads and a main body for generating heat. The main body is bent into an arc. The pump housing includes a cylindrical sidewall extending in an axial direction of the motor and a top plate sealed to an axial opening of the sidewall. The top plate is made of metal. The heater extends through and is fixed to the top plate. The connecting heads extend to an exterior of the pump housing. The main body is located in an interior of the pump housing and in contact with the top plate.

Heating pump

A liquid pump includes a motor and an impeller. The motor includes a stator, a rotor, a base body and a shaft sleeve unit supporting the rotor for rotation. The shaft sleeve unit includes a fixing member fixed in the base body, a bearing received in the fixing member and surrounding the rotary shaft, and a resilient buffering member disposed between the fixing member and the bearing. The impeller is coupled to the rotor.

A liquid pump includes a housing, a motor fixed in the housing, and an impeller driven by the motor. The motor includes a stator and a rotor rotatable relative to the stator. The impeller is connected to a rotor of the motor. The housing includes a guide wall surrounding the stator, and a guide face extending outwardly from an outer surface of the guide wall to guide a liquid flowing to the guide wall to flow in a direction away from the stator, thus ensuring the electrical safety of the liquid pump.
