There is provided is a transmitter including an image processor that sets region information corresponding to a region set for an image for each row in the image and that transmits the set region information and region data corresponding to the region for each row, in which the image processor sets the region by analyzing the image or on a basis of externally acquired region-designating information, and the region information includes information indicating a position of a row and information indicating a position of a column of the region included in the row.

Transmitter

Provided is an imaging device that includes a plurality of pixels, a memory unit, a memory control unit, and a bus interface. Each of the memory unit, the plurality of pixels, the memory control unit, and the bus interface is in any one of a plurality of semiconductor substrates. The plurality of pixels performs photoelectric conversion. The memory unit stores image data generated on the basis of a result of the photoelectric conversion. The memory control unit performs a read operation on the basis of first internal address information. The read operation is for reading, from the memory unit, image data corresponding to the first internal address information among pieces of the image data. The bus interface performs communication for first address information with an external device, supplies the memory control unit with the first internal address information, and transmits the read image data to the external device.

Imaging device

Output control is separately performed on pixels corresponding to a plurality of different regions (ROIs) in the entire region of an imaging element. An imaging element that captures an image of a subject includes first and second pixels. First and second analog-to-digital converters convert pixel signals from the first and second pixels from an analog value to a digital value. A first switch supplies a pixel signal from the first pixel to any one of the first and second analog-to-digital converters. A second switch supplies a pixel signal from the second pixel to any one of the first and second analog-to-digital converters.

Imaging apparatus

There is provided a transmission device including: an image processing unit that sets region information corresponding to a region set in an image for each of rows in the image and causes the set region information and region data corresponding to the region to be transmitted for each row. The region information includes information indicating a position of the row and information indicating a position of a column of the region included in the row.

An image processing device includes a face detector configured to detect a face based on a taken image, and an output processor configured to have a function to execute privacy-mask processing for privacy protection for an image of a face detected by the face detector or an image of a background of the face. The image processing device includes a processing unit configured to sharably process distortion correcting parameters for at least one of an arbitrary pan angle and an arbitrary tilt angle on a basis of a fact that distortion of the wide-angle lens has symmetry from a central point of an optical axis.

Disclosed herein is an image processing device including: a face detector configured to detect a face from an image given on a basis of detection information; and a processing unit configured to set the detection information of the face detector, receive at least an input image before distortion correction of the image before the distortion correction and an image after the distortion correction, divide an entire image region of the input image, and supply each of the divided images to the face detector on a time-division basis, wherein the face detector detects faces from a face of a maximum size to a face of a minimum size in the entire image in a detectable range.

In a camera device having a function for converting an image formed by a lens and captured by an imaging element into image data and correcting distortion of the image data caused by distortion aberration of the lens, the camera device includes a first storage unit for storing first distortion correction parameters for correcting the distortion of the image data in a first state, a second storage unit for storing second distortion correction parameters for correcting the distortion of the image data in a second state, and a distortion-correction-parameter interpolator for generating distortion correction parameters through interpolation when transition of the image data from the first state to the second state is performed. The distortion correction parameters indicate states of the image data during the transition of the image data and correct the distortion of the image data caused by the distortion aberration of the lens.
