A solenoid control apparatus includes a resin housing having a solenoid mounting portion, a connector portion, and a circuit board mounting portion in which a circuit board is mounted. Terminals extending from the solenoid mounting portion and the connector portion are soldered to the electrical circuit on the circuit board. The circuit board has a reduced-rigidity portion in its area corresponding to a portion of the resin housing through which the connector portion is connected to the solenoid mounting portion. The reduced-rigidity portion is formed by reducing the amount of material forming the circuit board per unit area, and is more easily deformable than the remaining portion of the circuit board. When the connector portion is thermally deformed, the circuit board is also easily deformable about the reduced-rigidity portion. This reduces stress on the soldered portions.

Solenoid control apparatus

An electronic control unit includes a circuit board, a case, and a group of a plurality of bus bars fixed to the case by insert molding. The bus bars each include a terminal portion having a constant-width portion, and a base portion which is wider than the constant-width portion. The base portions of the respective bus bars are arranged parallel to each other in the width direction thereof. Each bus bar is bent at a bent portion of its base portion. The terminal portion of each bus bar extends through the circuit board and is soldered to and electrically connected to a terminal connecting portion of an electrical circuit on the circuit board at a soldered portion. The bent portions of alternate bus bars are offset from the bent portions of the other bus bars in the longitudinal direction of the bus bars, whereby the soldered portions of the respective terminal portions are arranged in a staggered manner.

Electronic control unit and method of manufacturing the same

A resin case main body includes a connector housing, a component housing, and a joint portion. A busbar includes a reinforcement plate portion which is orthogonal to a plane of a board and is parallel to an alignment direction of the connector housing, the joint portion, and the component housing. The reinforcement plate portion is formed by insert molding in the joint portion.

A solenoid valve for use in an actuator for controlling brake hydraulic pressure includes a valve housing, a movable core having an integral valve rod and axially slidably received in the valve housing, and a valve body configured to be moved into and out of contact with a valve seat when the valve body moves. The solenoid valve further includes a yoke having a U-shaped section. The flanges of the yoke have first ends that extend substantially along the outer peripheral edges of the coil winding to minimize the length of the flanges and thus the length of the solenoid valve.

Actuator for controlling brake hydraulic pressure and solenoid valve thereof

In a check valve of the present invention, when a pressure action direction of a fluid on a valve body is assumed to be X, a spring receiving surface that abuts with a seat surface that is at one end in an axial direction of the helical compression spring is made to incline with respect to a surface perpendicular to the pressure action direction X. Accordingly, an urging force of the helical compression spring on the valve body acts obliquely with respect to the pressure action direction X. Thus the valve body is pressed to a side wall surface when the valve is opened, and vibration of the valve body is inhibited. Accordingly, it is possible to embody the invention with an extremely simple structure in which the spring receiving surface is inclined with respect to the surface perpendicular to the pressure action direction X.

Check valve with vibration prevention function

A transmission member that transmits urging force of a helical spring to a valve body is disposed between the valve body and the helical spring. The transmission member changes a direction of an urging force transmitted to the valve body such that the urging force is oblique to a pressure action direction X. Accordingly, when a check valve is in an open state, the valve body is pressed against a side wall and thus vibration of the valve body is inhibited. Further, when the check valve is in a closed state, an angle &#x3b8; formed by the direction of the urging force transmitted to the valve body and the pressure action direction X is set to be between 8 degrees and 45 degrees. Accordingly, it is possible to simultaneously realize a fluid path opening/closing function and a valve body vibration inhibition function.
