A sound-absorbing cover comprises a first sound-absorbing layer and a second sound-absorbing layer made of foam, a first skin layer of the first sound-absorbing layer and a second skin layer of the second sound-absorbing layer are layered in a state of being made to face each other, and an air layer is provided between the facing surfaces of the first skin layer and the second skin layer. The rigidity of the first skin layer of the first sound-absorbing layer is different from the rigidity of the second skin layer of the second sound-absorbing layer.

Sound-absorbing cover

A cover for an automobile engine covers a crank pulley and an auxiliary drive belt of an engine arranged in an engine room with the crank pulley and the auxiliary drive belt being in a posture facing a front direction of a vehicle body. The cover includes a reinforcing body that includes a fastening part attaching to the engine and is integrated with a sound-absorbing main body.

The concave part includes an open end portion having an inner diameter greater than an outer diameter of a tip end portion of a ball stud, a fitting portion which is connected to the open end portion and has an inlet smaller than the outer diameter of the tip end portion and in which the tip end portion is housed, and a plurality of slits which are formed in a fitting direction of the ball stud from the open end portion and arranged at a predetermined interval along the circumference of the concave part. A soundproof member is mounted on a structure including a rotation body, covers at least a part of outer peripheral surfaces of the structure, includes an integral article of an elastic member, and has eccentrically located portions having at least a greater thickness or a greater density than the other portions. The eccentrically located portions may be thick wall portions having a greater thickness than the other portions. When the elastic member has a base material including polymer and a magnetic filler included in a state of being oriented in the base material, highly filled portions in which a content of the magnetic filler is greater than that of the other portions can be set as the eccentrically located portions.

Soundproof member

This soundproof member is mounted to a drive device provided with a rotating body and comprises: an elastic member having a base material consisting of a resin or elastomer, the elastic member also having a magnetic filler contained in the base material so as to be interconnected and oriented in one direction; and a mass disposed on a surface with the elastic member provided therebetween, the surface extending in the direction of the rotation axis of the rotating body, the mass being supported by the elastic member.

A soundproof cover is mounted to a first gear box of a power seat motor unit that is attached to a frame member of a seat and that has a motor and a gear box. In the first gear box, the axial direction of the motor is defined as the X direction, the direction of attachment to the frame member, which is one of two directions that are orthogonal to the X direction, is defined as the Y direction, and the remaining direction is defined as the Z direction. Then, the soundproof cover has: a foam disposed on at least an X-Z surface of the first gear box; a cover member disposed on the outer side of the foam; and a mass body interposed between the foam and the cover member and disposed at a position corresponding to at least the X-Z surface of the first gear box in contact with the foam.

Soundproof cover

A sound absorbing cover is made of foam containing magnetic filler and is integrally molded in a three-dimensional shape so as to cover at least a part of a mating member that is a noise source. The sound absorbing cover includes side walls that cover side surfaces of the mating member and a bottom wall that covers a bottom surface of the mating member that intersects with the side surfaces of the mating member. The magnetic filler is oriented in a thickness direction of each of the side walls and the bottom wall. A sound absorbing assembly includes the sound absorbing cover and a fixing cover that is attached to the outer peripheral surface of the sound absorbing cover and that fixes, to a base, the sound absorbing cover and the mating member that is a noise source covered by the sound absorbing cover.

Sound absorbing cover, sound absorbing assembly, and magnetic induction foam molding device

To provide a urethane foam molded product having high thermal conductivity and electric insulation and a method for producing the same. A urethane foam molded product includes a base material made of a polyurethane foam and composite particles that are blended in the base material and oriented in a mutually connected state, in which each of the composite particles includes a thermally conductive particle made of a non-magnetic body, and a magnetic particle and an insulating inorganic particle that are adhered to the surface of the thermally conductive particle through a binder. A powder of the composite particles can be produced by stirring a powder raw material containing a powder of the thermally conductive particle, a powder of the magnetic particle, a powder of the insulating inorganic particle, and the binder using a stirring granulator.

Urethane foam molded product and method for producing the same

A vibrating member attachment structure includes: a sound insulation layer made of elastomer and including an accommodating portion that defines an accommodating space in which a vibrating member is accommodated, and a folded-back portion having a hem portion connecting to the accommodating portion, a contact portion placed so as to face the hem portion and contacting a mating member, a joint portion connecting the hem portion and the contact portion, and an insertion space defined by the hem portion, the contact portion, and the joint portion; a support member having higher rigidity than the sound insulation layer and including a sealing portion that seals an opening of the accommodating space, and an insertion portion that connects to the sealing portion and that is inserted in the insertion space; and an attachment member and including a shaft portion and a deformation suppressing portion.

Vibrating member attachment structure

The present invention provides a urethane foam molded product that has high thermal conductivity with minimal change to its physical properties. A simple method for producing the same is also provided. The urethane foam molded product includes a base material formed of a polyurethane foam, and a thermal conductive filler mixed in the base material and oriented to form mutual connections. The thermal conductive filler is formed of composite particles that include thermal conductive particles formed of a nonmagnetic material, and magnetic particles adhered to the surfaces of the thermal conductive particles. The method for producing the urethane foam molded product includes a raw material mixing process that mixes a foam urethane resin material and the thermal conductive filler to obtain a mixed raw material, and a foam molding process that injects the mixed raw material into a cavity of a foaming die and performs foam molding while a magnetic field is applied so as to substantially uniform a magnetic flux density inside the cavity.
