Provided is a sound generation device wherein noise can be reduced in accordance with a predetermined frequency band. An elastic member () is provided to obtain a sound pressure characteristic having a sub-peak at a predetermined frequency on the lower side than a lowest resonance frequency, and a phase characteristic such that a change rate of phase difference is lowered around the predetermined frequency. When the phase characteristic is calculated by simulation or actually measured in advance and an input signal is controlled such that the generated sound has an opposite phase to the noise, the generated sound can be made less prone to deviate from the opposite phase to the noise even if a time difference is caused between noise sound collection and sound generation at around the predetermined frequency, with the result that the noise can be effectively reduced. In addition, restrictions regarding the equivalent mass and resonance frequency of a diaphragm () can be reduced, the flexibility of design can be improved, and the noise can be reduced in accordance with the predetermined frequency band.

Sound generation device

Provided is a speaker device achieving thinning and cost reduction. The speaker device includes a first speaker unit and a second speaker unit. An outer peripheral side of the speaker unit is provided with a folded portion protruding to an opposite side of a sound emission direction P. A flat portion is provided inside the folded portion. An opening is provided inside the flat portion. A voice coil bobbin is secured to the opening. A speaker unit is arranged in the voice coil bobbin. An external-magnet-type magnetic circuit is provided in the speaker unit. As a magnet of the magnetic circuit, a ferrite magnet having a large volume is used.

Speaker device having diaphragm with folded portion

Provided is a speaker device achieving thinning and cost reduction. The speaker device includes a first speaker unit having a first diaphragm connected to a voice coil bobbin, and a second speaker unit having a second diaphragm provided inside the voice coil bobbin. When a sound emission direction P of the first speaker unit and the second speaker unit is upward and an opposite direction of the sound emission direction P is downward, a position of an upper end A of the first diaphragm is substantially equal to an upper end B of the second diaphragm.

Vibrating body for speaker and speaker device

The present invention is to provide a speaker having desirable sound characteristics with a smaller size, and a speaker unit having the speaker. The speaker unit has the speaker and an attachment unit. The speaker has a case, a magnetic circuit, a diaphragm, and a passage. A first chamber is disposed between an inner surface of an outer case of the case and an outer surface of the magnetic circuit. A second chamber is disposed between the diaphragm and the magnetic circuit. The passage communicates with the first and second chambers and has a groove disposed on a bottom wall of the case.

Speaker and speaker unit

It is an object of the present invention to use a simplified structure to improve a strength of a neck portion of a conical diaphragm in the vicinity of a voice coil fixing section, thereby inhibiting an undesired dividing vibration in a speaker device. The speaker device of the present invention comprises: a generally conical diaphragm having an opening formed in a generally central position thereof; a voice coil bobbin fixed in the inner circumferential portion of the foregoing opening of the diaphragm; and a diaphragm reinforcing annular member disposed near a fixing section fixing together the diaphragm and the voice coil bobbin. A Vibration system part for a speaker device includes a woven fabric or a non-woven fabric made of basalt fiber produced by twist yarn or roving yarn being a continuous long-fiber. The vibration system part for the speaker device may be a diaphragm, a center cap, an edge or a damper, for example. In a preferred example, the woven fabric or the non-woven fabric is impregnated with thermosetting resin or thermoplastic resin. Additionally, a lamination member, such as paper, foam material, resin or a film, is preferably laminated (coated) on the woven fabric or the non-woven fabric. Thus, the vibration system parts for the speaker device, having excellent acoustic property and reliability, can be obtained at a low price.

Vibration system part for speaker device and manufacturing method thereof

A method for manufacturing a diaphragm for use in an electroacoustic transducer in a multi-layer structure which includes a first diaphragm layer of synthetic resin molded in a predetermined shape by injection molding and a second diaphragm layer layered in intimate contact on the first diaphragm layer and made of substance different from the first diaphragm layer, includes executing successively a pre-molding step and an injection-molding step, thereby providing the multi-layer structure. The pre-molding step includes attaching a non-molded sheet-like material which is a raw material of the second diaphragm layer to a mating surface of one of the die part of an injection molding die, and closing thereafter the injection molding die to give the sheet-like material a predetermined diaphragm shape. The injection molding step includes injecting synthetic resin material constituting the first diaphragm layer into the injection molding die thus closed thereby to form the first diaphragm layer.

Method for manufacturing diaphragm for use in electroacoustic transducer

A cross-sectionally substantially-semicircular portion of an edge portion adapted to connect an outer periphery of a diaphragm to a speaker frame is configured to have an uneven-thickness structure in which the thickness of the portion gradually decreases toward a sticking portion of an outer peripheral portion of the speaker frame from a sticking portion of the outer periphery of the diaphragm. Thus, the propagation characteristic of vibrations generated on the edge portion is improved. Disturbance is prevented from occurring in an mid-range frequency characteristic due to inverse resonance caused by the edge portion.

Speaker apparatus

A speaker diaphragm that has a high heat-radiation efficiency. The speaker diaphragm includes a diaphragm main body made from a resin, and a metallic plate adhered to a major acoustic surface of the diaphragm main body adjacent a voice coil bobbin. The voice coil bobbin is attached to the diaphragm man body.

There is provided an electrically conductive damper device for a speaker in which local bending is reduced and break-downs of material of the damper and metallic wires incorporated in the damper are prevented, by additionally providing one or more sheets of damper fabric as a reinforcing damper and by bonding it to a main damper by way of various kinds of resin, in order to reinforce a neck portion of the electrically conductive damper. Further, properties of the damper can be adjusted by varying an outer diameter of the reinforcing damper , or by selecting the resin to be employed as an adhesive.
