This sheet feeding device is provided with a fixed frame having a first feed roller, and a turning frame which, through rotation from a closed position to an open position, exposes a sheet feed path. The turning frame includes: a second feed roller with an integrally rotatable feed gear which forms a nip together with the first feed roller; a cleaning member configured to wipe the second feed roller; and a transmission gear. The fixed frame includes a fixed gear for engaging the transmission gear. The transmission gear, through turning of the turning frame to the open position, engages the feed gear, and rotates the second feed roller.

An image forming apparatus according to the present invention includes: a photoreceptor drum that is provided along a paper path of transfer paper; a discharging unit including a light emitting body that emits discharging light, the discharging unit eliminating electrical charge on a surface of the photoreceptor drum; a blast unit that is provided to blow air toward the discharging unit; and a air duct that is provided in the vicinity of the light emitting body, and is configured such that the air from the blast unit toward the discharging unit is configured to blow to a side of the paper path through the air duct.

The cover member includes an outer cover and an inner cover which are independently opened and closed, and the inner cover is positioned by being pushed by the outer cover when the cover member is closed. An image forming apparatus is provided with a rotary image bearing member; a charging roller for charging the outer circumferential surface of the image bearing member by rotating in contact with the image bearing member; a brush roller for cleaning adhered matters on the outer circumferential surface of the charging roller by being held in contact with the charging roller due to its own weight and rotating; a driving mechanism for drivingly rotating the brush roller to have a linear velocity difference to the charging roller; and a moving mechanism for reciprocating the brush roller along the longitudinal direction thereof.

A photosensitive material drum capable of easily preventing the leakage of the adhesive through the notches which are for confirming the earthing of the flange member. The flange member inserted in an end portion of the drum body includes an annular protuberance covering an end surface of the drum body, and an insertion drum portion forming protruded portions so as to come in contact with the inner peripheral surface of the drum body and recessed portions maintaining a gap relative to the inner peripheral surface of the drum body alternately along the inner peripheral surface of the drum body. An adhesive is applied onto the inner peripheral surface of the drum body facing the recessed portions to prevent the turn of the flange member. Notches are formed in the annular protuberance for exposing the end surface of the drum body, the notches being formed at positions neighboring the protruded portions.

An image forming machine, including an image bearing member, a developing unit for developing a latent electrostatic image on the image bearing member into a toner image, a cleaning unit for removing remaining toner from the image bearing member after transfer of the toner image from the image bearing member onto a sheet member, and a toner supply unit for supplying toner to the developing unit. The toner supply unit includes a first toner acceptance region where fresh toner is introduced, a second toner acceptance region where recycled toner, that has been removed from the image bearing member by the cleaning unit, is introduced, a toner discharge region having a toner discharge opening communicating with the developing unit, a first toner conveying member for conveying fresh toner from the first toner acceptance region to the toner discharge region, and a second toner conveying member for conveying recycled toner from the second toner acceptance region to the toner discharge region.
