A transmission path design assistance system assisting in the design of a transmission path with different reflection specification values for each frequency is obtained. The transmission path design assistance system includes: an acquisition unit to acquire reflection specification values of a reflection characteristic of a transmission path to be designed and a constraint of characteristic impedance distribution of the transmission path; and a computation processing unit including: a reflection characteristic calculation unit to calculate the reflection characteristic from inputted characteristic impedance distribution; a reflection characteristic modification unit to modify, on the basis of the reflection specification values acquired by the acquisition unit, the reflection characteristic calculated by the reflection characteristic calculation unit; a characteristic impedance distribution calculation unit to calculate characteristic impedance distribution from the reflection characteristic modified by the reflection characteristic modification unit; and a characteristic impedance distribution modification unit to modify, on the basis of the constraint acquired by the acquisition unit, the characteristic impedance distribution calculated by the characteristic impedance distribution calculation unit and output it to the reflection characteristic calculation unit.

Reception circuit

A transmission device that establishes efficient match with an impedance mismatch section of a differential transmission system. The transmission device includes: a differential driver; a differential receiver; a differential line that connects between the differential driver and the differential receiver, the differential line including in-phase signal wiring and inverted-phase signal wiring; a delay increasing structure interposed in the differential line at an upstream of the impedance mismatch section; and a delay increasing structure interposed at a downstream of the impedance mismatch section. The delay increasing structure is interposed only in one of the in-phase signal wiring and the inverted-phase signal wiring, and the delay increasing structure is interposed only in another of the in-phase signal wiring and the inverted-phase signal wiring.

Transmission device

An oral composition contains mutanase prepared from a culture which is obtained by cultivating a mutanase-producing microorganism belonging to the genus Bacillus having negative protease producibility. The oral composition is effective for suppressing dental plaque formation while the mutanase possesses commercially acceptable stability in the oral composition.

Mutanase-containing oral compositions

A method for preparing a vaccine for dental caries comprises the step of culturing a variant which is obtained by integrating a protein antigen (PAc)-expressing gene into the chromosomal gene of a Streptococcus mutans GS-5 strain to obtain the protein antigen, the protein antigen being produced on the surface of cells of oral Streptococcus mutans or it being extracellularly produced by the microorganism and having a molecular weight ranging from about 170,000 to 220,000. Streptococcus mutans GS-5 (K-3), in which a protein antigen-expressing gene is integrated into the chromosomal gene thereof, has an ability of producing the protein antigen on the surface of the cells or extracellularly. A preventive vaccine composition for dental caries for nasal drops comprises the protein antigen thus produced by the strain: Streptcoccus mutans, the vaccine being intranasally administered. The method makes it possible to enhance the yield of PAc and to simplify processes for purifying PAc. The vaccine composition makes-it possible to internally easily absorb the protein antigen, PAc, in high efficiency and it also makes it possible to effectively increase the antibody titer observed after the administration thereof.
