An outer wall structure of the invention includes an outer wall mounting member composed of a supporting plate and a plurality of securing members. The supporting plate includes a plate body and a positioning portion. With this outer wall structure, the plate body is fixed to a horizontal furring strip member and a frame member in an upside portion and a downside portion of a sash body of a window sash at a second distance away from an outer surface of the sash body. The securing members are fixed to the plate body at a third distance away from the outer surface of the sash body. In this outer wall structure, the position at the second distance is farther away from the outer face than the position at a distance from the outer surface of the sash body to a distal end portion of a flange of the sash body.

The present invention provides a building material in which a coating is applied to a front surface and a side surface is sufficiently adhered to a sealing and method for manufacturing thereof. In a building material in which a coating is applied to a front surface, a coating film on a side surface is removed or reduced by laser irradiation. The part of the side surface in which the coating film has been removed or reduced by laser irradiation has a width of at least 5 mm from a front surface side toward a rear surface side of the building material, or extends over the entire side surface from the front surface side toward the rear surface side of the building material, or is formed more than a part in which coating film is formed.

Building material and method for manufacturing thereof

A window drain for preventing stains on a building wall and damage caused by (frozen) rain water, which is installable and sealable easily without impairing the appearance of a building. The present invention relates to a window drain adaptable to be positioned beneath a sill of a sash window frame having a vertical portion, a sloping portion, a front portion, and a horizontal portion for latching to an upper portion of an external wall. Further, the present invention relates to a window drain, wherein the horizontal portion has notches at both ends thereof. Further, the present invention relates to a window drain, further having upstanding portions at both ends of the window drain to regulate a stream of water so that the water is kept between the upstanding portions.

Window drain

A wall structure is provided, which, despite having a surface that is covered with elastic coating material and that is jointless, has an uneven pattern in the surface, and which does not require any great effort in the coating process and exhibit little variation in the finished design. The wall structure has a wall material, an elastic joint material, a mesh-shaped material and an elastic coating material. The surface of the wall material bears an uneven pattern in which the height difference between deepest portions and highest portions is 2.0 to 4.0 mm and a pattern loss ratio is 15% or less, and furthermore, the wall material is fixed in a state where a side end portion of the wall material is abutted against a side end portion of another wall material. The elastic joint material covers the surface of the abutting portion of the side end portions of the wall materials, and the elastic coating material covers the entire surfaces of the wall materials and of the elastic joint material. The uneven pattern in the surface of the wall is formed by coating the uneven surface of the wall material with the elastic coating material, and the amount of the elastic coating material is 2 to 6 kg/m.

The present invention relates to a window drain adapted to be positioned at the portion beneath each vertical post of a sash window frame comprising a vertical portion, a sloping portion, a front portion and a horizontal portion for latching itself to an upper portion of an external wall. Further, the present invention relates to the window drain, wherein the horizontal portion has a notch at an end thereof and a sealing pocket. Further, the present invention relates to a window drain, further comprising upstanding portions to regulate a stream of water so that the water is kept between the upstanding portions, at both ends of the window drain wherein one upstanding portion is located at the inner side of the vertical portion of a sash window frame, and the other upstanding portion is located at the outer side of the vertical portion of a sash window frame.

A joiner for vertical joint which is adapted to be placed at a vertical joint formed between end faces of a couple of neighboring external wall members. This joiner is designed such that the adhesive force between the sealing material and the surface region of raised portion of the joiner is minimized, thereby making it possible to prevent the sealing material from being cracked or peeled away. This joiner is featured in that the surface region of said raised portion is constituted by a resin layer formed of a resin selected from the group consisting of polyethylene, polypropylene and fluororesin, and having an embossed surface.
