In a vehicle cam damper structure, a drive shaft includes a cam damper at a midway portion thereof. The cam damper integrates a cam reception portion with a cam via a shaft member. The cam reception portion is connected relatively rotatably with the shaft member. The cam and the shaft member, while being integrally rotatable, are connected with each other axially slidably. The shaft member includes an enlarged-diameter portion. An elastic member that presses the cam toward a side of the cam reception portion is disposed between the enlarged-diameter portion and the cam. An outer cylinder extends across the cam reception portion and the shaft member. A drive-side shaft and a driven-side shaft of the drive shaft are each connected with corresponding one of the cam reception portion and the shaft member.

Vehicle cam damper structure

A protection member fixed to an engine main body to protect a fuel feeding pipe from coming into contact with an intake part includes a first protrusion protruding in an extending direction of the fuel feeding pipe from the vicinity of a first fastening portion, a second protrusion protruding in the same direction as the protruding direction of the first protrusion from the vicinity of a second fastening portion, and a third protrusion protruding in the longitudinal direction from the second protrusion and brought into contact with the engine main body. Hence, load from the intake part is supported by the first and second protrusions in the vicinity of the high-strength first and second fastening portions, and also the load is surely transmitted not only from the first and second fastening portions, but also from the third protrusion to the engine main body.

Fuel feeding pipe protection structure

A vehicle lighting device includes a light guide lens, a light source and a reflector. The long light guide lens extends in a direction obliquely tilted with respect to a front-rear direction. The light source is disposed opposite an end of the light guide lens. The reflector is disposed behind the light guide lens. The light guide lens comprises a front face parallel to the longitudinal direction and a rear face with lens cuts aligned in the longitudinal direction. Each of the lens cuts comprises a rear first prism face that stands backward and a front second prism face parallel to the front face. Light that has exited backward from the light guide lens through the first prism face of a lens cut is reflected forward on the reflector toward the second prism face of a different lens cut.

Vehicle lighting device

An arrangement for an assembly member of a vehicle includes a power unit for generating a driving force; a pair of left and right driving wheels; a propeller shaft extending in the forward and backward direction of the vehicle; a differential for transmitting the driving force to the pair of left and right driving wheels via a pair of left and right drive shafts; a switch for switching the diff-lock of the differential on and off; an exhaust pipe disposed on one side in the vehicle width direction with respect to the propeller shaft; and an assembly member for operating the switch via each of a plurality of operation side transmission members and a device side transmission member using an operating force applied to each of a plurality of operating elements; wherein the assembly member is disposed on the opposite side of the propeller shaft as the exhaust pipe.

Arrangement of a vehicle assembly member

A differential mechanism regulating device which is mechanically connected to two manipulators is miniaturized. When a first cable and a second cable are pulled, a collecting member moves its position. As a result of this movement, the collecting member tilts a portion of an arm by way of a rod. As a result, a differential lock is released. The operation of the first cable and the operation of the second cable can be merged by the collecting member, and it is sufficient to connect only a collecting transmission member to the arm. The connection between the arm and the collecting transmission member can be simplified thus realizing the miniaturization of the differential mechanism.

Differential gear provided with differential lock mechanism

A vehicle lighting device includes first and second light sources and a light guide lens that is elongate and extending along a direction oblique to a front-back direction of a vehicle. The first light source faces with a back end portion of the lens in a longitudinal direction of the lens. The second light source is arranged close to a front end portion of the lens in the longitudinal direction to emit light toward a back surface of the lens. The lens has a plurality of cut portions in the back surface. The cut portions are arranged parallel with each other in the longitudinal direction, internally reflect the light emitted from the first light source and enters the lens through the back end portion to a forward direction of the vehicle, and refract the light emitted from the second light source and enters the lens to the forward direction.

Vehicle lighting device with first and second light sources

A miniaturized differential mechanism restricting device that is mechanically connected to two operation elements. A plurality of holes are formed in an output-side cam, and pin holes are formed in a differential case in a penetrating manner such that the pin holes overlap with the plurality of holes. A plurality of first pins, which pass through the pin holes in a penetrating manner and are fitted in the holes, extend from a first slide member, and a plurality of second pins, which pass through the pin holes in a penetrating manner and are fitted in the holes, extend from a second slide member. The first slide member is moved in the axial direction by a first shift fork, and the second slide member is moved in the axial direction by a second shift fork.

Differential mechanism restricting device

A manipulation lever connection structure for a vehicle eliminates a striking sound without losing an adjusting function of an adjustment nut. The manipulation lever connection structure for a vehicle includes an arm for operating a driving changeover device and for connecting a wire which extends from a manipulation lever to the arm. An adjustment bolt is mounted on a distal end of the wire with a joint slidably mounted on the adjustment bolt on an axis thereof. An adjustment nut for supporting the joint is fastened to the adjustment bolt. A pair of side plate portions, respectively, forming elongated holes which allow the joint to pass therethrough is mounted on the arm. The adjustment nut is inserted between the pair of side plate portions with a buffer cover being mounted on the adjustment nut with a clearance formed between the adjustment nut and the respective side plate portions.

Manipulation lever connection structure of vehicle

A vehicle body structure includes at least one side sill and at least one outrigger, the at least one side sill being connected to the at least one outrigger, wherein the at least one side sill is made of an extruded material and has a front end portion protruding vehicle frontward from a connecting portion between the at least one side sill and the at least one outrigger. In the vehicle body structure, the front end of the side sill is disposed frontward from a front end of a side sill in a conventional vehicle body structure and the front end of the side sill is formed to be a part for receiving a front wheel.
