A loudspeaker system includes a housing including a first housing portion and a second housing portion that are plate-shaped and face each other, a loudspeaker drive unit fixed to the first housing portion, and a coupling member that is rigid and couples the first housing portion and the second housing portion to each other inside the housing. The coupling member includes a first end that is directly or indirectly coupled to the first housing portion and a second end that is directly or indirectly coupled to the second housing portion. When second force is applied to the coupling member, the second force being smaller than first force that irreversibly deforms or breaks a coupling portion between the coupling member and the first housing portion, the coupling member is irreversibly deformed or broken so as to shorten a distance between the first end and the second end of the coupling member.

A loudspeaker includes a diaphragm, a magnetic circuit, and a frame. The frame includes an outer peripheral part supporting the diaphragm, a center part supporting the magnetic circuit, and a connection part connecting the center part to the outer peripheral part. The outer peripheral part molded with resin includes an inner wall, an outer wall facing the inner wall, and a reinforcing rib provided between the inner wall and the outer wall.

According to the present invention, there is provided a speaker for use in audio/video apparatuses and a small-sized speaker device capable of realizing preferable reproduction a bass sounds. In order to attain this, in the present invention, a pressure adjusting body is coupled to a portion of a magnetic circuit or a frame, which is a component of a speaker unit, to constitute the speaker unit. The speaker unit is mounted to a small-sized cabinet to constitute a speaker device, which enables realization of preferable reproduction of bass sounds.

A loudspeaker includes a first bar magnet having a longitudinal direction, a second bar magnet having a longitudinal direction parallel to the longitudinal direction of the first bar magnet, a third bar magnet forming a second magnetic gap between the first bar magnet and the third bar magnet, a diaphragm arranged to vibrate in a vibrating direction, a case accommodating the first bar magnet, the second bar magnet, the third bar magnet, and the diaphragm , and the voice coil fixed to the diaphragm and located in the first and second magnetic gaps. The second bar magnet has a longitudinal direction parallel to the longitudinal direction of the first bar magnet, and has both ends in the longitudinal direction. The third bar magnet has a longitudinal direction parallel to the longitudinal direction of the first bar magnet, and has both ends in the longitudinal direction. The diaphragm is located between the first and second bar magnets and between the first and third bar magnents. The case is made of non-magnetic material and holds an outer periphery of the diaphragm. The case forms a first space surrounded by the case, one of the both ends of the second bar magnet, and one of the both ends of the third bar magnet. The case forms a second space surrounded by the case, another one of both ends of the second bar magnet, and another one of both ends of the third bar magnet. First and second sound holes are provided in the case and communicate with the first and second spaces, respectively. The loudspeaker is thin but outputs large sounds.

In a loudspeaker, three magnets are disposed to provide magnetic gaps therebetween and a voice coil is fit therein. The magnets disposed at both sides are magnetized so that their opposing poles exhibit the same magnetic polarity. The magnet in the middle has its magnetic poles in the direction perpendicular to the line connecting the poles of the side magnets. The side magnets are fixed to a plate made of non-magnetic material. Those magnetic poles of the side magnets and the middle magnet not facing the magnetic gaps are magnetically coupled by a magnetic member.

An electroacoustic transducer has a magnetic circuit, a frame combined with the magnetic circuit, a diaphragm combined with a periphery of the frame, a voice coil, a terminal, and a holder covering the frame. The voice coil is combined with the diaphragm and a part of the voice coil is arranged in a magnetic gap of the magnetic circuit. The terminal, made of a metal plate having spring property and electric conductivity, electrically connects an outside circuit and the voice coil utilizing spring pressure generated when the metal plate is bent. The holder forms a stopper for restricting a bend of the metal plate forming the terminal to within a reversible limit of a metallic material.

An electrodynamic electroacoustic transducer comprises: a first magnetic pole; a second magnetic pole that forms a magnetic gap between itself and the first magnetic pole and is arranged in a space excluding spaces in upper and lower face directions of the first magnetic pole; a yoke; a diaphragm; and a voice coil. The yoke magnetically couples one magnetic pole face of the first magnetic pole with one magnetic pole face of the second magnetic pole so as to support them. The diaphragm is arranged in a space in an upper face direction of the first magnetic pole and in a space in a lower face direction of the second magnetic pole, while its outer periphery is supported by the yoke. The voice coil is arranged in the magnetic gap and adhered to the diaphragm. At least one of the first magnetic pole part and the second magnetic pole part includes a magnet.

Electrodynamic electroacoustic transducer and electronic device

An edge () for supporting a diaphragm assembly () with respect to a frame () is bonded to the frame () along the outer periphery thereof and joined to a diaphragm () in a position more peripherally inward than a voice coil () along the inner periphery thereof. The edge () partly overlaps diaphragm (). This structure allows downsizing of the speaker, without reducing the sizes of a permanent magnet () and the edge ().

Method of manufacturing a speaker

An electro-acoustic transducer has a magnetic circuit, a frame, a diaphragm, a voice coil, a terminal, and a stopper. The frame is joined to a magnetic circuit. The diaphragm is joined to a circumferential edge of the frame. The voice coil is joined to the diaphragm and is partially provided at a magnetic gap of the magnetic circuit. The terminal is composed of a metal plate having spring property and conductivity, is partially fixed to the frame, and is electrically connected to the voice coil. The stopper is provided at an outer periphery of the metal plate of the terminal and extends from a main section of the terminal to the frame. The stopper restricts a bending range of the metal plate constituting the terminal to a level equal to or lower than a reversibility limit value of a metal material constituting the terminal.

In an electro-acoustic converter, a frame is bonded to the magnetic circuit, and the diaphragm is bonded to a circumferential edge of the frame. The voice coil is attached to the diaphragm and a part thereof is located in a magnetic gap of the magnetic circuit. The terminal is made of a sheet metal having spring property and electrical conductivity, and a part thereof is fixed to the frame. The terminal has a bent portion and a contact portion, and is electrically connected to the voice coil. The stopper is provided around a portion of the terminal at one side nearer to the frame than the bent portion, and protrudes from a surface of the frame where the contact portion of the terminal protrudes. The stopper restricts bending of the terminal to an extent within a threshold value of reversibility of a material the sheet metal.

A suspension with a plurality of roll sections each of which has a semi-cylindrical shape from a cross-section view. The roll sections are disposed side by side based on a straight line connecting two points on an inner periphery or an outer periphery. The roll sections form a closed loop in a manner that a roll section of the roll sections being disposed first adjoins a roll section of the roll sections being disposed last. Adjacent roll sections are coupled with each other through a boundary section forming a continuous three dimensional curved surface. A linearity of compliance improves, and generation of distortion or rolling is restricted using the suspension.
