A floor anchor for supporting a webbing waist portion of a seat belt mechanism is supported by a seat rail that is a frame member of a seat cushion. The seat rail is supported by a rear floor panel through a fastening panel that is a holding member. An end portion of a battery pack is also supported by the floor panel through the fastening panel.

Vehicle lower structure

A vehicle body structure includes a dash panel separating a vehicle front part from a vehicle cabin, a front side member extending longitudinally of a vehicle body in the vehicle front part and having ends located rearward of the vehicle body, opposite to the dash panel, a floor frame member forming a floor frame of the vehicle cabin, and a plate-shape reinforcing member disposed further toward a center of the vehicle cabin with respect to the dash panel and the floor frame member to be opposite to the ends of the front side member. The reinforcing member includes an upper portion secured to the dash panel and a lower portion secured to the floor frame member, and has a curvature that is smaller than a curvature of the dash panel.

Vehicle body structure having a reinforcing member

A vehicle front portion structure includes a hood, a radiator support upper member, a bracket mounted on an upper portion of the radiator support upper member, and a stopper attached to an upper portion of the bracket and configured to be contacted, when the hood is closed, by a protruding portion on a lower surface of the hood, in which the bracket is a member having a channel shape in cross section and protruding upward in a vehicle vertical direction, and is composed of leg plates and a top plate. The bracket is mounted on the upper portion of the radiator support upper member in a state where the leg plates and the top plate extend along a vehicle width direction, and the leg plates also extend in the vehicle vertical direction along a direction in which the protruding portion makes contact with the stopper.

Front portion structure of vehicle

A floor cross member includes an extension portion at a front flange. The extension portion is bent at the front end of the front flange, and extends downward to the front side so that the front end of the extension portion is connected to the front floor panel. The reinforcement member is provided for the extension portion.

Vehicular lower structure

A cabin front wall structure of a vehicle includes a dash panel constituting a front wall of a cabin of a vehicle, an accelerator bracket attached to the dash panel, and used for mounting an accelerator pedal, a brake bracket attached to the dash panel at a position spaced from the accelerator bracket in a vehicle width direction, and used for mounting a brake pedal; and a brace (connection member) extending along a surface of the dash panel and configured to connect the accelerator bracket with the brake bracket.

Cabin front wall structure of vehicle

A vehicle front structure includes a dash panel and a reinforcing member. The dash panel includes a steering column hole. The reinforcing member includes a center reinforcing member mounted in a center portion along a width of a vehicle and an outer reinforcing member attached outward along the width of the vehicle. The center reinforcing member and the outer reinforcing member are superposed and joined together on the dash panel around the steering column hole.

Vehicle front structure

A vehicle body rear portion structure includes a floor panel, rear wheel houses arranged on both sides of the floor panel in a vehicle width direction, a rear seat disposed between the rear wheel houses, braces each arranged at a vehicle cabin inside part above each of the rear wheel houses, and a cross member extending along the vehicle width direction between the braces. The brace is provided with a front side fastening portion positioned on a front side of the brace in a vehicle body front-rear direction and a rear side fastening portion positioned on a rear side of the brace in the vehicle body front-rear direction. Each of end edge portions on both sides of the cross member in a longitudinal direction abuts against one of the front side fastening portion and the rear side fastening portion and is fastened to the brace.

Vehicle body rear portion structure

An L-shape retainer serving as a reinforcement member is provided at attachment locations of a front seat bracket and a rear seat bracket on a rocker and a floor pan. The L-shape retainer has a second side flange joined to an inner side wall of the rocker at an opposite side from a first side flange with a floor plate portion of the floor pan therebetween, and a first floor side flange connected to the second side flange and joined to the floor plate portion of the floor pan.

Vehicle side structure

In a vehicle front structure including a cowl top side, a front pillar, and a side member outer, an upper wall portion of an inner of the cowl top side is provided with an inclined portion provided continuously with a top face portion extending downward toward the front side in the vehicle front-rear direction from a boundary portion between the side member outer and a base of the front pillar, and a flat portion connected to a front face portion along the vehicle up-down direction in the side member outer in a state where the flat portion is brought into surface contact with the front face portion of the side member outer.

A vehicle underbody provides a simple structure which enhances the strength and rigidity at a joint between a tunnel portion and a cross member. The tunnel portion of a floor member extends rearward from the front of the vehicle to reach the cross member. The cross member includes a shelf board portion on a side towards the front. The shelf board portion is longer than the tunnel portion along the transverse axis of the vehicle. The rear end portion of the top surface of the tunnel portion is overlapped with the shelf board portion such that the top surface of the tunnel portion and the shelf board portion are connected there by spot welding or the like.

Vehicle underbody

A bumper reinforcement includes a front wall, a rear wall, and a connection wall. Intermediate portions, in an extending direction, of the front wall and the rear wall are parallel to each other. An end portion, in the extending direction, of the front wall is bent toward the rear wall when viewed from the intermediate portion of the front wall. An end portion, in the extending direction, of the connection wall includes a front part and a rear part, and each of the front and rear parts extends from an inside to an outside in the vehicle width direction. A distance between a front end of the rear part and the rear wall gradually decreases in a direction from a base end of the rear part toward a distal end thereof. The front part is provided so as to extend along the front end of the rear part.

Bumper reinforcement and method of manufacturing bumper reinforcement

A vehicle lower section structure includes: a pair of rear side-members that is disposed in a vehicle lower section so as to be separated from each other in a vehicle width direction, and that are extending in a vehicle front-rear direction; a first cross-member extending in the vehicle width direction, to which the rear side-members joined; a second cross-member extending in the vehicle width direction at the rear of the first cross-member in the vehicle front-rear direction, to which the rear side-members joined; and a battery that is housed in a housing section surrounded by the rear side-members, the first cross-member, and the second cross-member, at least part of the battery overlapping with the rear side-members when viewed along the vehicle width direction, and at least part of the battery overlapping with the first cross-member and the second cross-member when viewed along the vehicle front-rear direction.

Vehicle lower section structure

A vehicle framework structure includes a tunnel disposed in a central part of a floor panel of a vehicle in a vehicle width direction so as to extend in a vehicle front-rear direction, a pair of rockers, a floor lower cross structure, and a floor frame. A front end of the floor frame in the vehicle front-rear direction is connected to a front side structure provided in a vehicle front part so as to be disposed between one of the rockers and the tunnel in the vehicle width direction and to extend along the vehicle front-rear direction, and a rear end of the floor frame is connected to the one of the rockers and the floor lower cross structure.

Vehicle framework structure

A vehicle lower portion structure includes: a floor panel having a floor tunnel provided along a vehicle longitudinal direction, the floor tunnel being provided at a middle portion of the floor panel in a vehicle width direction including a side wall, and being open to a vehicle lower side; a pair of sub-tunnels, the sub-tunnels being disposed on respective sides of the floor tunnel in the vehicle width direction, each of the sub-tunnels extending in the vehicle longitudinal direction on outer sides of the floor tunnel in the vehicle width direction, and being joined to the side wall; and a reinforcing member coupling to respective sides of the floor panel, the respective sides of the floor panel sandwiching a middle portion of the floor tunnel in the vehicle width direction.
