Electromagnetic contactor

First fitting portions (and) and second fitting portions (and) are arranged in a hook shape on the bottom () of a housing to face each other. The first fitting portions are fittingly engaged to one rail edge () of a rail () in the width direction and the second fitting portions are fittingly engaged to the other rail edge () of the rail. A linear spring () bent in a mountain shape is disposed on the bottom of the housing. The linear spring elastically deforms to reduce the inclination angle of the mountain by contacting the end surface of the one rail edge engaged to the first fitting portions. The urging force of the linear spring urges the rail such that the other rail edge is pressed by the second fitting portions.

Rail attachment structure of electric device

An electromagnetic contact device has a terminal base () formed on one end of a coil frame around which a winding of an electromagnetic coil is wound; a terminal () which can be connected to external wiring, and a winding wire binding portion () which can bind an end portion of the winding, wound around the coil frame to establish connection. The coil terminal () is a component formed by integrating the terminal (), the winding wire binding portion (), and a portion to be engaged (). This coil terminal () is mounted by press-fitting a press-fit engaging portion (), which is formed in the terminal base (), in the portion to be engaged () to establish engagement.

Electromagnetic contact device

A reversible unit () has a pair of interlock plates () detachably connected to operation indication pieces () of a pair of electromagnetic contactors () and moving in the same direction as the moving direction of the operation indication pieces, a lock piece () connecting with the pair of interlock plates (), a first normally-closed contact (), and a second normally-closed contact (). In a closing operation of one of the electromagnetic contactors (), the lock piece () moves one of the interlock plates () and prohibits the movement of the other interlock plate (). The first normally-closed contact () is connected in series in a power supply circuit to an exciting coil () of the other electromagnetic contactor (). One of the interlock plates () has a first opening operation engagement portion () releasing the first normally-closed contact () when the interlock plate () moves.

Reversible electromagnetic contactor

A mounting unit for an electromagnetic contactor can prevent erroneous mounting of a non-mountable unit in a state in which a mountable unit is mounted on a case-side mounting portion, and a connection structure of an electromagnetic contactor uses the mounting unit. A mounting unit () for an electromagnetic contactor can be mounted on electromagnetic contactors () having on a unit attaching portion () a contactor-side mounting preventing portion () that prevents mounting by engagement when a non-mountable unit, which cannot be mounted, is mounted. In the mounting unit (), a unit main body () is provided with a mounting preventing transfer member () that forms a unit-side mounting preventing portion () that engages with a contactor-side mounting preventing portion () when mounted on the electromagnetic contactors () and prevents mounting of the non-mountable unit on a unit mounting portion () onto which the non-mountable units () are mounted.

Reverse vesicle

An extinction cover () is mounted on a case () thereby sealing an extinction chamber (S). This extinction cover has an engaging-force-increased portion () which strengthens the force of engagement with the case, and an engaging-force-decreased portion () which weakens the force of engagement with the case. In response to an increase in internal pressure in the extinction chamber due to arc gas generation, the engaging-force-decreased portion establishes disengagement of the case and provides a gap () with the case, for linking the extinction chamber to external air, and the engaging-force-increased portion maintains engagement with the case.

A polarized electromagnet has a spool around which an exciting coil is wound; a movable plunger penetrating the spool; an interior yoke fixed on an outer side of the spool; an exterior yoke disposed to maintain a predetermined interval on an outer side of the interior yoke; and a permanent magnet disposed between the interior yoke and exterior yoke. The exterior yoke has a pair of end plate portions opposing two ends of the spool, and a linking plate portion linking the pair of end plate portions. The interior yoke has a first opposing plate portion opposing the linking plate portion of the exterior yoke, and second opposing plate portions opposing one end plate portion of the exterior yoke, and the first opposing plate portion and the second opposing plate portion are linked without coming close to the exterior yoke.

Polarized electromagnet

A reversible unit () is attached by being mounted over a pair of adjacently disposed electromagnetic contactors () and (). The reversible unit () includes a pair of interlock plates () and (), a lock piece (), and a unit case (b) accommodating the pair of interlock plates () and () and the lock piece (). The lock piece () rotates in a first direction with the movement of one of the interlock plates () in a turn-on operation of one of the electromagnetic contactors () to prevent the movement of the other interlock plate (), and rotates in a second direction different from the first direction with the movement of the other interlock plate () in a turn-on operation of the other electromagnetic contactor () to prevent the movement of one of the interlock plates (). The unit case () is provided with a lock piece display window () which allows determination of the rotation of the lock piece () in the first direction or the second direction.

There is provided an electromagnetic contactor unit capable of firmly connecting electromagnetic contactors without influencing outer dimensions when the electromagnetic contactors are connected to each other. The electromagnetic contactor unit connected at least two juxtaposed electromagnetic contactors () with a connection piece (). The electromagnetic contactor includes an attachment hole () formed in each corner of an attachment plate portion, a piece accommodation concave portion () fitting a half portion of the connection piece formed above the attachment hole and accommodating within an outer dimension, and is opened to a connection surface with the adjacent electromagnetic contactor, and a locking portion () locking the connection piece formed in the piece accommodation concave portion. Two electromagnetic contact devicesare arranged adjacently, a reversible unitis detachably mounted on these electromagnetic contact devices, and two auxiliary contact point unitsare detachably mounted on the reversible unit. In addition, two surge absorption unitsare detachably mounted on the electromagnetic contact devices.

A plurality of terminal chambers () to () is formed in a housing () by using a plurality of partition walls () to () to partition. In the terminal chambers, fixed contactors () each having a fixed contact point () and a terminal screw () are mounted. Engaged portions () are formed integrally with the fixed contactors. Further, a press-fit engaging portion () is provided in each of the terminal chambers. The terminal chamber is formed as a space different from a space accommodating a movable contact point support, and the press-fit engaging portion is engaged by the engaged portion by press-fitting.
