A fluid flow channel device includes a main body and a non-ceramic sub-body. The main body has a plurality of internal flow channels, and inlets and outlets thereof are arranged so as to be exposed on an outer side surface. The sub-body has a fluid supply path and a fluid recovery path. A supply port of the fluid supply path is arranged to face the inlets of the plurality of internal flow channels. A recovery port of the fluid recovery path is arranged to face the outlets of the plurality of internal flow channels. By disposing the supply port and the recovery port for transferring the fluid to and from the plurality of internal flow channels in the sub-body, it is possible to prevent a large thermal stress from being applied to the main body.

Fluid flow path device

A laminated fluid warmer includes: a laminate including a target fluid layer having a plurality of target fluid channels through which a warming target fluid flows, and a warming fluid layer that is laminated on the target fluid layer and has a plurality of warming fluid channels through which a warming fluid for warming the target fluid layer flows; and a collection device that collects at least a part of the warming fluid accumulated in the plurality of warming fluid channels. The collection device includes a storage portion that receives the warming fluid flowing out from the warming fluid channel when collecting the warming fluid.

Laminated fluid warmer

A stacked heat exchanger has a high temperature layer with a number of channels into which a high temperature-side fluid is introduced; and a low temperature layer superposed on the high temperature layer having a number of channels into which a low temperature-side fluid is introduced at a temperature lower than the temperature of the high temperature-side fluid. Each channel of the low temperature layer has an upstream-side part in which at least some of the low temperature-side fluid evaporates by being heated by the high temperature-side fluid flowing within the high temperature layer; and a downstream-side part in which the low temperature-side fluid that has evaporated in the upstream-side part is heated by the high temperature-side fluid flowing within the high temperature layer. The upstream-side parts of the low temperature layer occupy a total area smaller than a total area of the downstream-side parts of the low temperature layer.

Stacked heat exchanger

Provided is a reliquefaction device with which a gas gasified from a liquid can be efficiently reliquefied. A plurality of flow passages include: a mixing flow passage which is connected to the downstream end section of one among a liquid flow passage and a gas flow passage and allows a fluid mixture to flow so that a reliquefaction promoting liquid flowing through the liquid flow passage and a reliquefaction target gas flowing through the gas flow passage are mixed and the reliquefaction of the reliquefaction target gas is promoted by direct heat exchange; and a gas cooling flow passage which allows a coolant to flow and cool the reliquefaction target gas by indirect heat exchange with the reliquefaction target gas through a separation wall, thereby suppressing the gasification of the reliquefaction promoting liquid when the reliquefaction target gas is mixed with the reliquefaction promoting liquid flowing through the liquid flow passage.

Reliquefaction device

A heat exchanger includes a heat exchanger body having a plurality of layer portions each having a plurality of flow paths, and having a configuration in which adjacent layer portions are joined to each other, an inflow header being configured that a fluid is introduced into the inflow header to flow into the plurality of flow paths, an outflow header being configured that a fluid flowing through the plurality of flow paths merges, a cover portion covering all joint portions of the adjacent layer portions or all joint portions of components of layer portions, the joint portions exposed on an outer surface of the heat exchanger body at a portion other than a portion where the inflow header and the outflow header are disposed, and a lead-out portion connected to the cover portion and forming an internal flow path communicating with a space between the cover portion and the heat exchanger body. The lead-out portion is configured to emit a fluid to a predetermined region set in advance.

Heat exchanger

Provided is a fluid flow device having high freedom of choosing means for detecting flow errors. The fluid flow device includes a channel forming body. The channel forming body forms a plurality of fluid channels, a plurality of detection spaces corresponding to the fluid channels, respectively, and a plurality of communication channels providing respective communications between the fluid channels and the detection spaces corresponding thereto, respectively. Each of the detection spaces contains a detection fluid and a detection gas aligned in a longitudinal direction thereof, and an interface is formed therebetween. The detection gas is contained in the detection space so as to allow the position of the interface to be changed with the pressure change of a processing object fluid that flows through the fluid channels.

Fluid flow device and flow error detection method

A fluid flow-path device facilitates a maintenance operation to remove a foreign substance adhered to a member, to prevent passage of the foreign material. The fluid flow-path device has a distribution header including a partition member and a header body in a flow-path formation body. The partition member partitions a distribution space of the distribution header into an upstream-side space that communicates with a supply opening in the header body, and a downstream-side space that communicates with a plurality of flow paths in the flow-path formation body. The partition member includes a region that prevents a foreign substance in a fluid from flowing from the upstream-side space to the downstream-side space, while allowing the fluid to flow. The header body has an opening that allows a washing fluid to flow into the downstream-side space, and an opening that allows the washing fluid to be discharged from the upstream-side space.

Fluid flow-path device

A gas supply system () includes a compressor unit (), an accumulator unit (), a pre-cooling system () and a housing (). In the gas supply system (), the compressor unit () is vertically arranged and the pre-cooling system () is arranged above the accumulator unit () in the housing (). The compressor unit () and the accumulator unit () are covered by one rectangular parallelepiped housing ().

Gas supply system and hydrogen station

A stacked type fluid heater includes a first low temperature layer with low temperature side flow passages into which target medium to be heated is introduced, a first high temperature layer with high temperature side flow passages into which heating medium for heating the target medium to be heated is introduced, a second high temperature layer with high temperature side flow passages into which the heating medium is introduced. The target medium has a temperature lower than the freezing point of the heating medium. The first high temperature layer includes the high temperature side flow passages located adjacent each other via a metal material of the first high temperature layer. The high temperature side flow passages of the first high temperature layer and those of the second high temperature layer are adjacent each other via a metal material of the second high temperature layer.

Stacked type fluid heater and method of heating fluid with stacked type fluid heater

A gas supply system&#x2014;includes a compressor unit, an accumulator unit, a pre-cooling system and a housing. In the gas supply system, the compressor unit is vertically arranged and the pre-cooling system is arranged above the accumulator unit in the housing. The compressor unit and the accumulator unit are covered by one rectangular parallelepiped housing.

A liquid-liquid contact device includes: an internal casing surrounding an inner chamber for providing countercurrent contact between a light liquid and a heavy liquid; an external casing surrounding the internal casing so as to form an outer chamber around the internal casing; a light liquid introduction tube guiding the light liquid to the inner chamber; and a heavy liquid introduction tube guiding the heavy liquid to the inner chamber. The internal casing has an upper opening and a lower opening which opens at a location below the upper opening. The external casing has a heavy liquid discharge outlet through which the heavy liquid is allowed to be discharged from the outer chamber, and a light liquid discharge outlet which is disposed above the heavy liquid discharge outlet and through which the light liquid is allowed to be discharged from the outer chamber.

Liquid-liquid contact device and liquid-liquid contact method

A gas transfer processing method includes: transferring gas to an inside or an outside of an absorption liquid within respective processing flow paths while circulating the absorption liquid through the respective processing flow paths; after the gas transferring, separating a mixed fluid including the absorption liquid discharged from outlets of the respective processing flow paths and gas by respective separation headers into the absorption liquid and the gas; and circulating the absorption liquid separated in the separating by returning the separated absorption liquid from the separation headers to inlets of the respective processing flow paths through respective recirculation lines, thus introducing the absorption liquid to the respective processing flow paths. The process promotes transfer of a target component to an absorption liquid, while enabling execution of a component transfer process by compact equipment.

Component transfer processing method and component transfer processing device

A separation method including: preparing a separation device including an absorption processor absorbing into an absorption liquid a target component in a fluid to be processed, by an absorption microduct and a cooling medium microduct positioned for heat exchange; causing the fluid to be processed and the absorption liquid to pass through the absorption microduct in mutual contact, thus causing the target component to be absorbed into the absorption liquid from the fluid to be processed; cooling the fluid to be processed and the absorption liquid by flowing a cooling medium through the cooling medium microduct, and causing heat exchange between the fluid to be processed and absorption liquid flowing through the absorption microduct and the cooling medium; and separating, into the fluid to be processed and the absorption liquid, the mixed fluid of the fluid to be processed after the target component has been absorbed by the absorption liquid.

Separation method and separation device

An extraction and separation method separating a specific component from a raw material fluid using an extraction device including plural stages of extraction units connected sequentially. The extraction and separation method includes: extracting the specific component into an extraction solvent having a difference in specific gravity with respect to that raw material fluid from the raw material fluid while causing the raw material fluid and the extraction solvent to flow in a state of contact with each other in the extraction units for each stage; introducing at least part of the fluid discharged from an extraction unit to the next stage extraction unit in a state wherein the raw material fluid and the extraction solvent are mixed; and a final separation separating the raw material fluid, after the specific component has been extracted in the fluid discharged from the extraction unit in a final stage, and the extraction solvent that has extracted the specific component.

Extraction and separation method

An extracting method includes: an extracting step of extracting a specific component from a material fluid to an extraction agent while allowing the material fluid and the extraction agent to flow in a channel of the extraction unit for each stage; an outflowing step of outflowing a mixture fluid from the channel of the extraction unit for each stage before the extraction of the specific component reaches an extraction equilibrium; and a pH regulating step of regulating the pH of the material fluid separated in a separating step after flowing out of the channel of the extraction unit for a predetermined stage so as to cause a reverse change from a change caused in the pH of the material fluid in the extracting step, before the material fluid is introduced into the channel of the extraction unit for a stage succeeding to the predetermined stage.
