Provided is a filter-attached cartridge which is inexpensive and has high productivity. This filter-attached cartridge has: a first resin mesh which is an integrally molded body having a plurality of ribs arranged therein in a lattice shape; and a cylinder formed in a cylindrical shape so as to surround the first mesh.

Filter-attached cartridge

Provided is a plunger including: a plunger body; a first surface configured to come into contact with an inner peripheral surface of the cylindrical member; a second surface disposed on a base end side relative to the first surface, the second surface having an outer diameter that is smaller than that of the first surface; an outer stepped surface disposed between the first surface and the second surface; a first housing disposed in an area at least partly corresponding to the second surface in the recess, the first housing being provided for housing a tip part of the pin; a second housing disposed on the base end side relative to the first housing, the second housing having an inner diameter that is smaller than a largest inner diameter of the first housing; and an inner stepped surface disposed between the first housing and the second housing.

Plunger, instrument, and mold

A container includes a container main body including a housing part and an opening, and a lid configured to close the opening and including an insertion part configured to be inserted to the opening. The outer peripheral surface of the insertion part includes first and second protrusions and first and second recesses. The inner peripheral surface of the opening includes third and fourth protrusions and third and fourth recesses. When the insertion part is temporarily inserted to the opening, the third protrusion presses the first recess in a state where the first protrusion is housed in the third recess. When the insertion part is fully inserted to the opening, the third protrusion presses the second recess and the fourth protrusion presses the first recess in a state where the first protrusion is housed in the fourth recess and the second protrusion is housed in the third recess.

Container

An emitter includes a water intake part, a pressure-reducing flow path part, a first flow-rate adjusting part, a second flow-rate adjusting part, and a discharge part. The first flow-rate adjusting part includes a first valve seat, a first communication hole, a first diaphragm part, and a valve body. The valve body is disposed between the first diaphragm part and an opening of the first communication hole. The valve body moves toward the first communication hole as the first diaphragm part approaches the first valve seat. The shape of the valve body is such that, when the traveling distance of the valve body is less than or equal to a predetermined value, the gap decreases as the valve body moves and such that, when the traveling distance of the valve body exceeds the predetermined value, the gap increases as the valve body moves.

Emitter and tube for drip irrigation

This emitter () comprises: a first flow rate adjustment unit which adjusts the flow rate of an irrigation liquid according to the deformation of a first diaphragm (); and a second flow rate adjustment unit which adjusts the amount of irrigation liquid ejected (discharged) from the emitter () according to the deformation of a second diaphragm (). The first diaphragm () has a projection spaced apart by a space from a hole which is a flow path for the irrigation liquid. The projection has an inverted truncated cone shape and is formed so that the space widens as the projection goes into the hole.

Emitter and drip irrigation tube

A metal valve body having a fuel injection port includes a nozzle plate accommodation part accommodating a nozzle plate of synthetic resin and aligning a center of the nozzle plate with a central axis of the valve body. A front end surface abutting against the nozzle plate is accommodated in the nozzle plate accommodation part. A swage projection fixes the nozzle plate to the front end side on which the fuel injection port is formed. The nozzle plate is swage-fixed in the state in which a spring action part is elastically deformed on the front end side of the valve body by the swage projection, and a nozzle hole formation part is constantly pushed against the front end surface of the valve body by the elastic force of the spring action part.

Attachment structure of fuel injection device nozzle plate

An engaging projection of a valve body engages with an interlocking groove of a nozzle plate and the nozzle plate is rotated relative to the valve body. The engaging projection moves in a lateral groove of the interlocking groove while elastically deforming an arm part (elastically deformable portion), and the engaging projection is accommodated in a recess (lock position in the interlocking groove) of the arm part. A bottom surface of the recess of the arm part is pushed against the engaging projection of the valve body by the elastic force of the arm part, and the engaging projection of the valve body is seated and fixed on the bottom surface of the recess of the arm part. Accordingly, the nozzle plate is fixed to the valve body while being retained via the engaging projection and the interlocking groove (interlocking means).

Fuel flows from first and second fuel guide channels into the swirl chamber and is guided to the nozzle hole while swirling in the swirl chamber in the identical direction. The nozzle hole is divided into an inlet portion near a fuel-inflow end and an outlet portion near a fuel-outflow end. The outlet portion has a flow passage cross-sectional area gradually increasing towards a fuel outflow-side opening end, and includes a curved surface formed by smoothly connecting an inner surface of the nozzle holes at an upstream end side in a fuel flow direction to an inner surface of the nozzle holes at the portion near the fuel-inflow end so as to smoothly and gradually increase the flow passage cross-sectional area. The curved surface ensures further thin film-like flow by expanding a flow of the fuel in the nozzle holes by the Coanda effect.

Nozzle plate for fuel injection device

A nozzle hole of a nozzle plate is coupled to a fuel injection port of a fuel injection device via a swirl chamber and first and second fuel guide channels opened into the swirl chamber. The swirl chamber is formed by combining first and second elliptical-shaped recessed portions. The first fuel guide channel opens at a side of a short axis of the first elliptical-shaped recessed portion and a side of the short axis that does not overlap with the second elliptical-shaped recessed portion, and the second fuel guide channel opens at a side of a short axis of the second elliptical-shaped recessed portion and a side of the short axis that does not overlap with the first elliptical-shaped recessed portion. The first and second fuel guide channels have depths deeper than those of the swirl chamber and extend inside of the swirl chamber while gradually reducing cross-sectional areas.

This emitter () comprises, downstream of a first pressure reducing flow path, a discharge amount adjustment part and a discharge part. The discharge amount adjustment part communicates with the discharge part via two flow paths: a first hole (); and a communication flow path including a second hole () and a second pressure reducing flow path. An irrigation liquid is supplied directly to the discharge part from the discharge amount adjustment part through the first hole () when the external liquid pressure is low, and supplied to the discharge part from the discharge amount adjustment part through the second hole () and the second pressure reducing flow path when the external liquid pressure is high.

A plastic sintered body has a first compressed portion formed by heating plastic powder packed in a cavity of a metal mold and sintering a first portion of the plastic powder packed in the cavity in a first compression state. In addition, a second compressed portion is formed by sintering a second portion of the plastic powder packed in the cavity in a second compression state. A plurality of interconnected minute voids are formed in the first compressed portion and a plurality of interconnected minute voids smaller than the voids in the first compressed portion are formed in the second compressed portion. The manufacturing of the plastic sintered body as noted above is performed continuously in the metal mold. In addition, two types of porous portions including voids of different sizes are formed by sintering only one type of the plastic powder in the metal mold.

Method for manufacturing plastic sintered body, metal mold, and plastic sintered body

A nozzle hole of a nozzle plate is connected to a fuel injection nozzle of a fuel injection unit through a swirl chamber and first and second fuel guide grooves opened to the swirl chamber. The swirl chamber is an oval recess provided with the nozzle orifice in its center. A first fuel guide groove is opened to one end side of a major axis of the oval recess, and a second fuel guide groove is opened to the other end side of the major axis of the oval recess. The first and second fuel guide grooves are formed such that the same amount of fuel flows to the swirl chamber. The same amount of fuel flowing from the first and second fuel guide grooves to the swirl chamber is guided to the nozzle orifice at the same time while revolving inside the swirl chamber in the same direction.

Nozzle plate for fuel injection unit

A nozzle plate has a plurality of blades in the area that surrounds the nozzle hole on the outer plane of the bottom wall part. When the fuel is injected from the nozzle hole and the pressure in the vicinity of the nozzle hole is reduced, the plurality of blades guide a flow of air from the radially outward side of the bottom wall part to the radially inward side of the bottom wall part and generates a swirling flow of the air about the center of the bottom wall part. The swirling flow of the air about the center of the bottom wall part changes to a helical flow by receiving kinetic momentum from fine particles of the fuel injected from the nozzle hole and the helical flow of the air transports the fine particles of the fuel.

Fuel injection device nozzle plate

In a nozzle plate, a portion of fuel flowing out from a fuel injection port of the fuel injection device is atomized by impinging on an interference body. At the same time, the flow of the portion of fuel is sharply bent and impinges on fuel which straightly advances and passes through a nozzle hole and an orifice thus turning the flow of fuel into a turbulent flow. Further, both end portions of the orifice form non-rounded sharpened corner portions. Hence, a liquid film of fuel injected from the corner portions and areas in the vicinity of the corner portions of the orifice is formed into a thin sharpened and pointed state whereby an end portion of the liquid film of fuel injected from the orifice is easily atomized due to a friction between the end portion of the liquid film of fuel and air.

In a nozzle plate of the present invention, a part of fuel flowing out from a fuel injection port of a fuel injection device is atomized by colliding with an interference body, is rapidly bent in a flowing direction, and collides with the fuel that is flowing straight through a nozzle hole and an orifice to make the fuel that flows straight through the nozzle hole and the orifice turbulent. The orifice includes a corner portion which is defined by an outer edge portion of the interference body and has a pointed shape without roundness at a part of an opening edge. The corner portion makes an end portion of a liquid film of the fuel passing through the orifice into a pointed shape for ease of atomization by friction with air.
