According to one embodiment, an electrostatic capacitance-type sensor-equipped display device includes a display panel with a display surface which displays an image. The sensor includes a plurality of detection electrodes disposed in a matrix, the detection electrodes being mutually electrically independently provided above the display surface and being configured to detect a variation in electrostatic capacitance, and a plurality of lead lines provided above the display surface, connected to the detection electrodes in a one-to-one correspondence, and formed of a metal.

Electrostatic capacitance-type sensor-equipped display device and method of driving the same

An electronic module includes a rigid printed circuit member having a first electrode, a flexible printed wiring member having a second electrode, and a solder member having first, second, and third portions. A first direction is perpendicular to, and a second direction is parallel to, a joined surface between the first electrode and the solder member. In the first direction, a second region of the first electrode partially overlaps a leading edge of the second electrode. In the second direction, the second portion is located between the first portion and the third portion and is continuous to each of the first portion and the third portion. A height of the third portion from a reference surface including the joined surface is larger than a height of the second portion from the reference surface and is smaller than a height of the first portion from the reference surface.

A printed wiring board has a first conductive layer including a second electrode group bonded to a first electrode group of a flexible printed circuit board, and a second conductive layer, and a plane including the second conductive layer includes a first region including a reference region set in a bonded portion, a second region via a first boundary, and a third region via a second boundary, and a first boundary portion is positioned within a range of 0.5 times or more and 5 times or less a length of a short side of four sides in a prescribed direction, and a second boundary portion is positioned within a range of 0.5 times or more and 5 times or less the length of the short in a prescribed direction, and a density of the second conductive layer in the first region is higher than that in the second region.

An aspect of a heat exchange unit of a refrigeration cycle device, includes a housing having openings, and gripping members attached to the openings. Each gripping member has a main body having an inner space that opens to an outside, and a plurality of claws that protrude from the main body and that hook to a circumferential edge of the openings. The plurality of claws include a plurality of first claw portions, and at least one second claw portion that is provided on an opposite side to the plurality of first claw portions in a predetermined direction that intersects the opening direction. At least one claw portion out of the plurality of first claw portions and the at least one second claw portion is an elastic claw that is cantilevered by the main body and is elastically deformable in the predetermined direction with respect to the main body.

There are provided a display panel with a touch detector that allows the touch detection electrodes to be less visible, a touch panel, and an electronic unit having the display panel with a touch detector. The display panel with a touch detector includes: a display layer including a plurality of display elements arranged side by side; and an electrode layer alternately segmented into first regions and second regions along a first direction, the electrode layer including a plurality of first slits arranged side by side to extend in a second direction, and a plurality of second slits each allowing an adjacent pair of the plurality of first slits in the second regions to be in communication with one another.

A display device is provided and includes a first substrate comprising first and second areas, first and second terminals located in the first area, and first wiring electrically connects the first terminal with the second terminal; a second substrate comprising a detection electrode for sensing and a third terminal electrically connected to the detection electrode; and connecting member comprising a base layer, and a conductive member electrically connects first and third terminals, wherein the first area is an area in which the second substrate does not overlap the first substrate, the second area is an area in which the first substrate and the second substrate overlap each other, the connecting member does not extend outside first substrate, the conductive member is provided on an undersurface of the base layer, and the undersurface is opposed to the first surface and the third surface.

Display device

According to an aspect, a touch detection device includes: a first substrate; a second substrate opposed to the first substrate; a cover base material opposed to the second substrate; a plurality of first electrodes overlapping a display region on a plane parallel with the first substrate; and a second electrode arranged at the cover base material and overlapping a frame region outside the display region. Proximity or contact of an object with respect to the frame region is detected based on capacitance between the first electrodes and the second electrode. The second electrode extends along a side of the frame region.

Touch detection device, display device with touch detection function, and covering member

According to an aspect, a touch detection device includes: drive electrodes, a drive signal being input to each of the drive electrodes; and a first drive electrode included in the drive electrodes and divided into subdivided electrodes. An arrangement pitch of the subdivided electrodes is finer than an arrangement pitch of the drive electrodes, the drive electrodes are configured to perform a touch detection in a first sensing period and in a second sensing period, and the subdivided electrodes are driven collectively in the first sensing period and driven individually in the second sensing period.

Touch detection device

An image pickup unit includes: a printed wiring board provided with an image pickup element and having a first electrode on a surface layer; a flexible wiring substrate having a base member having first and second faces, a conductive layer provided on the first face, and an insulating layer provided on the conductive layer, wherein the conductive layer has a second electrode in which the insulating layer is not provided to one longitudinal end part; a conductive connection member that connects the first electrode to the second electrode; and a reinforcement member provided on the base member on the second face side, wherein the reinforcement member continuously covers an end part of the insulating layer on a side closer to the second electrode and an end part of the conductive connection member on a side closer to the insulating layer of a portion connected to the second electrode.

Image pickup unit and imaging apparatus

A flexible wiring board includes: an insulator; a wiring layer supported by the insulator; a first terminal unit including connection terminals provided at one end of the wiring layer; and a second terminal unit including connection terminals provided at the other end. A portion of the wiring layer from a part adjacent to the first terminal unit to a part adjacent to the second terminal unit is provided between first and second insulator layers included in the insulator. First and second holes formed in the first or second insulator layer are provided in an intermediate portion in a first direction from the first terminal unit to the second terminal unit and are spaced apart from each other in the first direction, and an insulator region adjacent to the first hole in a second direction is adjacent to at least a part of the second hole in the first direction.
