An X-ray diagnostic apparatus according to an embodiment includes an arm, a first holder, a second holder, a driver, and a third holder. The arm has the shape of a circular arc; supports an X-ray tube and an X-ray detector. The first holder grasps the arm in a movable manner in the circular arc direction. The second holder supports the first holder in a movable manner in the circular arc direction. The driver is disposed in the second holder; moves the first holder; and, at the same time, relatively moves the arm with respect to the first holder. The third holder is orthogonal to the rotation axis involved in the movement of the arm in the circular arc direction and holds the second holder in a rotatable manner with the axis substantially orthogonal to the vertical direction serving as the rotation axis.

X-ray diagnostic apparatus

According to one embodiment, a medical image diagnostic apparatus includes an imager, a mechanism, and processing circuitry. The imager is configured to image a subject. The mechanism is comprising a movable part. The processing circuitry is configured to generate an image of the subject based on an output of the imager, and perform processing for incident data based on at least one of a result of analyzing the image of the subject, or information for motion of the mechanism, wherein the incident data comprises at least one of operating sound data or shaking data of the mechanism.

According to one embodiment, a medical image diagnostic apparatus includes a holding device, a driving unit, a first encoder, a second encoder, and processing circuitry. The holding device holds an X-ray generator and an X-ray detector such that the X-ray generator and the X-ray detector are rotatable. The driving unit transmits a rotating force of a driving motor to a rotation axis through a power transmission mechanism. The first encoder detects a rotation of the driving motor. The second encoder detects a rotation of the rotation axis. The processing circuitry detects an abnormal state of the power transmission mechanism, based on a time difference between a first pulse output from the first encoder and a corresponding second pulse output from the second encoder.

An X-ray generation unit and an X-ray detection unit are held by an arm. Image data is generated based on X-ray projection data which is generated by the X-ray detection unit. A first support member supports the arm and rotates the arm in a first rotation direction. A second support member supports the first support member. The second support member rotates the first support member around a rotation center in a second rotation direction perpendicular to the first rotation direction. A movement unit can move the second support member in an up and down direction.

An X-ray diagnostic apparatus includes a floor rotating arm which is installed at one end on a floor surface so as to be rotatable around a first rotation axis, a C-arm which is mounted on the other end of the floor rotating arm so as to be rotatable around a second rotation axis, an X-ray tube which is mounted on one end of the C-arm, an X-ray detector which is mounted on the other end of the C-arm, and a bed which has a table top provided to be movable along a longitudinal axis. The bed is placed such that the longitudinal axis is spaced apart from the first rotation axis by a predetermined distance.

A rotary mechanism uses a rolling element, an outer-ring housing member and an inner-ring housing member. The outer-ring housing member or the inner-ring housing member is divided thicknesswise into two parts, to have a gap at between the two-divided parts of the housing member. Due to this, slide resistance can be caused by deforming the rolling element received in the outer-ring and inner-ring housing members.
