This vehicle-mounted electric compressor is provided with a compressor body including a motor for compressing a refrigerant, and an inverter including a power element for supplying the motor with electric current. The power element is provided with: a metal substrate having an electrically conductive layer in a partial region of the surface thereof; a heat-generating element having a metal layer solder-fixed to the electrically conductive layer; and a resin substrate which is disposed in parallel with the metal substrate in a plate thickness direction of the metal substrate, and has a metal pattern printed on the surface thereof, the metal pattern having an electronic component mounted thereon. The electronic component and a terminal of the heat-generating element are connected by means of the metal pattern.

Vehicle-mounted electric compressor

Focusing on the diversity of how people communicate with each other, the objective of the invention is to provide a signal-responsive device that achieves a digital-based method of communicating that has been nonexistent until now. Provided is a signal response operation device which sends, to a receiving device of a receiving subject, signals from a plurality of sending devices for which senders are not specified, and causes the receiving device to operate. A server registers the receiving device of the receiving subject, and groups and registers each sending device of a plurality of the senders which includes persons who have been selected by or have agreed with the receiving subject. By any of the plurality of senders operating the sending devices, the server sends a signal to the receiving device in response to the sending of a signal from the registered sender.

The present invention provides a thermally decomposable binder that achieves a reduced residual carbon after sintering, and that can be subjected to a dewaxing treatment at a relatively low temperature in a non-oxidative atmosphere. A thermally decomposable binder containing an aliphatic polycarbonate resin containing a constituting unit represented by the formula (1): wherein each of R, Rand R, which may be identical or different, is a hydrogen atom, an alkyl group having from 1 to 10 carbon atoms, or an aryl group having from 6 to 20 carbon atoms; and n is 1 or 2. The thermally decomposable binder and the fine inorganic particle-dispersed paste composition, each containing an aliphatic polycarbonate resin of the present invention can be used in general molded articles, optical materials such as films, fibers, optical fibers, and optical disks, thermally decomposable materials such as ceramic binders, and lost foam casting, medicinal materials such as drug capsules, additives for biodegradable resins, main components for biodegradable resins, and the like.

Thermally decomposable binder

A solid electrolyte contains: a copolymer having a constituent unit represented by a formula (1) below and a constituent unit represented by a formula (2) below; and a metal salt.  In the formula (1), m is 2 or 3, and Reach independently represent a hydrogen atom or a methyl group.  In the formula (2), n is 2 or 3, and Reach independently represent a hydrogen atom or a methyl group.

The present invention provides a thermally decomposable binder for which dewaxing can be performed at low temperatures, and an inorganic fine particle-dispersed paste composition comprising this binder. Specifically, the present invention provides a thermally decomposable binder comprising an aliphatic polycarbonate resin comprising a constituent unit represented by formula (1): wherein R, R, and Rare identical or different, and each represents a hydrogen atom, an alkyl group having 1 to 10 carbon atoms, or an aryl group having 6 to 20 carbon atoms, and n is 1 or 2, and provides an inorganic fine particle-dispersed paste composition comprising this binder.

Provided is an air conditioning apparatus that is capable of suppressing increases in volume and cost of the apparatus and performing more suitable overheating protection. An electric compressor is an inverter-integrated electric compressor () integrally including a compressor (), an electric motor () that drives the compressor (), and an inverter () including a temperature sensor () that detects the temperature in the vicinity of a semiconductor switching device, wherein a controller () estimates a discharge temperature of the compressor () on the basis of a correlation of respective pressure loading characteristics for the detected temperature of the inverter (), for the rotational speed of the compressor (), and for the motive force of the compressor () in a refrigerating cycle ().

Air conditioning apparatus

A drive apparatus providing a heat source and driving a switching element, along with a corresponding method of using the drive apparatus. The switching element includes a transistor having a high-heat resistant semiconductor including silicon carbide. The drive apparatus is provided with a voltage adjusting unit that varies a drive voltage to be applied to a conduction control terminal of the switching element in order to put the switching element in an ON state, and the voltage adjusting unit applies, as the drive voltage, a voltage in an active region of the transistor to the conduction control terminal.

Motor-driven compressor

The inverter-integrated electrical compressor is provided with an inverter-accommodating case () partitioned by a partitioning wall () and a low-pressure refrigerant channel inside a housing, an inverter device () being incorporated within the inverter-accommodating case (); wherein the inverter device () is provided with a plurality of high-voltage electric components () constituting a filter circuit, a plurality of semiconductor switching elements (), and a control substrate () on which an inverter circuit and a control circuit are mounted; and the plurality of semiconductor switching elements () are installed in a fixed manner on the side surfaces () of a heat-radiating block () provided perpendicularly relative to the partitioning wall ().

Inverter-integrated electrical compressor

A refrigerant heating performance is increased while suppressing an increase in weight or cost. A vehicle air-conditioning device () is provided with a heat pump cycle () for heating operation in which an electric compressor () for compressing refrigerant, a vehicle-cabin-interior condenser (), a throttle (), and a vehicle-cabin-exterior heat exchanger () are connected in that order via refrigerant piping. An inverter for the electric compressor () in which a power element comprising a highly heat-resistant semiconductor device is used is disposed on the electric compressor () so that the refrigerant compressed by the electric compressor () can be heated by the power element. During heating operation of the heat pump cycle (), the refrigerant is heated by the power element.

Vehicle air conditioning device, electric compressor, and vehicle air conditioning method

Included are: a motor control device that has a switching element, that converts DC power supplied from a high-voltage power supply into three-phase AC power, and that supplies the three-phase AC power to a three-phase motor; a first control portion that controls the motor control device; an isolated-type CAN driver that is activated by using power supplied from a low-voltage power supply and that exchanges information with a vehicle ECU that is mounted in the vehicle and that is superordinate to a vehicle cooling-fan motor/inverter system; and an isolation portion that electrically isolates a low-voltage system to which power is supplied from the low-voltage power supply from a high-voltage system to which power is supplied from the high-voltage power supply. If a fault in the switching element is detected, the first control portion outputs fault information notifying that there is a fault in control of the three-phase motor to the vehicle ECU via the isolated-type CAN driver.

Vehicle cooling-fan motor/inverter system, control method therefor, and program therefor

An electric compressor comprises: a boost converter configured to boost a voltage output from a direct current power supply; an inverter configured to convert the power boosted by the boost converter to an alternating current power; and a motor configured to rotate the electric compressor using the AC power output from the inverter. In the electric compressor, the boost converter and the inverter are provided on the same circuit board, housed in the same inverter case, and cooled by a coolant flowing into the electric compressor. The electric compressor is thereby obtained in which the device size can be prevented from increasing even when the boost converter configured to boost a low voltage from the DC power supply is installed.

Electric compressor

An inverter-integrated electric compressor for which an inverter device is integrally incorporated, with a main circuit board being housed while the four corners thereof are supported by boss parts at locations above high-voltage electrical components and semiconductor switching elements. The multiple high-voltage electrical components are arranged in parallel along one side of the main circuit board at one side of an inverter housing part, with one side of the main circuit board being supported from below by the upper surface of these components. The multiple semiconductor switching elements are arranged in parallel along the other side opposing the one side of the main circuit board, at the other side of the inverter housing part, with the other side of the main circuit board being supported from below by multiple lead terminals extending upwards.

Inverter-integrated electric compressor

There is provided an integrated electric compressor that can be made small in size while reducing radio noise effectively. In an inverter of the electric compressor, a snubber circuitcomprising a resistor R and a capacitor C is provided between input/output terminalsof a power source and a switching element. The snubber circuitis formed by surface mounting a resistive element constituting the resistor R and a capacitor element constituting the capacitor C on a power board. A leakage current from a motoris thus restrained and radio noise is reduced. The resistive element and the capacitor element constituting the snubber circuitare preferably surface mounted on the power boardon the side opposite to the side on which a control circuit board is arranged.
