This air conditioning device for a vehicle comprises: a refrigeration cycle having a compressor, a condenser, an expansion valve, and an evaporator through which refrigerant sequentially flows; a high-temperature heat medium circuit in which a high-temperature heat medium that has been heat-exchanged with the refrigerant in the condenser circulates; a low-temperature heat medium circuit in which a low-temperature heat medium that has been heat-exchanged with the refrigerant in the evaporator circulates; a connection line for connecting the high-temperature heat medium circuit and the low-temperature heat medium circuit; a plurality of heat exchangers outside the vehicle that allow introduction of the heat medium; and a switching unit capable of switching modes for each of the plurality of heat exchangers outside the vehicle, among a mode for connecting to the high-temperature heat medium circuit, a mode for connecting to the low-temperature heat medium circuit, and a mode for not connecting to either of the high-temperature heat medium circuit and the low-temperature heat medium circuit.

Air conditioning device for vehicle

An air conditioning device for a vehicle () includes: a housing () having an opening (M); a blower () having a fan () accommodated within the housing and rotating about a rotation axis parallel to a first axis; a filter section () which is disposed between a gas inlet () and the opening and through which gas taken in from the gas inlet and flowing into the opening passes; and a support member () disposed between the blower and the filter section so as to be located at least partially at the opening, and supporting the filter section. The support member has a rib portion () extending in a longitudinal direction in a predetermined plane orthogonal to the first axis, and a sticking-out portion () sticking out from the rib portion in a transverse direction in the predetermined plane orthogonal to the longitudinal direction.

The present invention is provided with: an evaporator () in which a compressed refrigerant is vaporized; an expansion valve expanding the refrigerant before the refrigerant flows into the evaporator (); refrigerant pipes () that connect the evaporator () and the expansion valve to each other; and a unit case () housing the evaporator (), the expansion valve, and the refrigerant pipes (), and including an air flow channel () for passing air through the evaporator (). A refrigerant pipe housing chamber () is disposed in the unit case (), and housing the refrigerant pipes (). The refrigerant pipe housing chamber () is partitioned while being isolated from the housing section for the evaporator () and the air flow channel (). The outer circumferential surfaces of the refrigerant pipes () are separated from the inner wall surface of the refrigerant pipe housing chamber (). Furthermore, the thickness (t) of the wall of the refrigerant pipe housing chamber () is greater than the thickness (t) of the wall of the unit case ().

A heat exchanger and a heat pump system capable of reducing the amount of a refrigerant that accumulates in an outdoor heat exchanger during heating operation, and of decreasing the appropriate amount of refrigerant during heating operation. A vehicle-external heat exchanger is provided with a hollow first header, a hollow second header provided facing the first header, and a plurality of tubes provided between and communicating with the first header and the second header. The first header is provided with a partition plate that divides the interior of the first header. A first opening formed on a partition plate side between the upper end of the first header and the partition plate. When functioning as an evaporator, the refrigerant is supplied from the lower part of the first header or of the second header, and the first opening serves an outflow port for the refrigerant.

Heat exchanger and heat pump system

At the refrigerant inlet/outlet side surface portion of laminated flat tubes, there is provided a first side refrigerant passage, and in the upper portion of the other side surface portion, there is provided a second side refrigerant passage, and in the lower portion thereof a third side refrigerant passage. A first partition portion is provided in first lower tank portions of the laminated flat tubes, and a second partition portion is provided in second upper tank portions. The first partition portion and the second partition portion respectively divide the laminated first lower tank portions and the second upper tank portions such that the ratio of the number of flat tubes on the refrigerant inlet/outlet side surface portion side, n , to the number of flat tubes on the opposite side surface portion side, n , is approximately 2:1.

Laminate type evaporator

A flat or a flared tubular end portion devoid of dimples is provided at the end of a tube which is to be inserted into a header with the length, of the flat tubular portion being 1.5 mm or less along the direction of the length of the tube to prevent rapid reduction and enlargement of the cross-sectional area of the refrigerant path in the vicinity of the joint of the tube and the header, so as to reduce the pressure loss of the refrigerant which flows in and out from the header to the tube. A tube insertion stop is also provided consisting either, of a cut formed in the longitudinal edge of the flat end portion or a guard member which is formed aft of the flared, end portion so as to abut the header and seal off the tube insertion aperture of the header.

Heat exchanger

A heat exchanger employing a dimple tube is disclosed, in which sufficient strength is provided by improving the processing accuracy of the dimple tube and decreasing the processing error. The tube comprises a plate folded in two so as to make two edges of the plate contact each other and form a flat tube. The plate comprises protrusions provided on each inner wall of the flat tube in a manner such that the heads of opposed protrusions on both the inner walls contact each other. The plate is clad with a brazing filler metal and the protrusions are formed on a surface of the plate before the plate is folded, and the two edges of the plate and the heads of the opposed protrusions are respectively brazed after the plate is folded. A predetermined number of sets of the opposed protrusions, positioned closest to the end of the tube, are larger than the other protrusions in a manner such that their size along the longitudinal direction of the tube is larger.

The present invention relates to a heat exchanger in which a plate-shaped cooling medium flow portion ( ) provides an internal cooling medium flow path inside by laminating two flat plates ( ) subjected to drawing and a cooling fin are alternately laminated, a cooling medium inlet ( ) for allowing a cooling medium to flow into the cooling medium flow path and a cooling medium outlet ( ) for allowing the cooling medium passing through the cooling medium flow path to flow out are formed in said two flat plates, and the cooling medium flowing from the cooling medium inlet to the cooling medium flow path is passed through said cooling medium flow path and is then allowed to flow out of the cooling medium outlet. According to the present invention, a bulged portion ( ) protruding on the cooling medium flow path side is formed in the cooling medium flow portion by denting at least any one of these two flat plates from the outside, and a plurality of elliptical or oval cylindrical portions whose major diameter is oriented in the flow direction of the cooling medium are provided between these two flat plates by butting the top portion of this bulged portion to the opposite flat plate. Additionally, the number of the cylindrical portions is gradually decreased as the cooling medium flows downstream in the flow direction of the cooling medium.

A heat exchanger tube, which has a high pressure resistance, includes a tube body, wherein the interior of the tube body defines a fluid flow passage. The inner and outer surfaces of the tube body of the heat exchanger tube defines heat entrance and exit surfaces for the fluid. The tube body of the heat exchange tube has first and second wall portions which are opposed to each other. Either the first wall porition has a plurality of bowl-shaped bulging wall portions which bulge toward the direction of the second wall portion to fixedly meet the second wall portion or else both the first and second wall portion both have a plurality of bowl-shaped bulging wall portions which are correspondingly located so that a bulging leading end of a bowl-shaped bulging wall portion in a first wall portion bulges toward and fixedly meets a bulging leading end of a bowl-shaped bulging wall portion in the second wall portion which bulges toward the first wall portion.

Heat exchanger tube

A heat exchanger is constructed by tubes, corrugated fins and head pipes, which are assembled together. Herein, the tube is constructed by bending a flat plate whose surfaces are clad with brazing material to form a first wall and a second wall, which are arranged opposite to each other with a prescribed interval of distance therebetween to provide a refrigerant passage. Before bending, a number of swelling portions are formed to swell from an interior surface of the flat plate by press. By bending, the swelling portions are correspondingly paired in elevation between the first and second walls, so their top portions are brought into contact with each other to form columns each having a prescribed sectional shape corresponding to an elliptical shape or an elongated circular shape each defined by a short length and a long length. The columns are arranged to align long lengths thereof in a length direction of the tube corresponding to a refrigerant flow direction such that obliquely adjacent columns, which are arranged adjacent to each other obliquely with respect to the length direction of the tube, are arranged at different locations and are partly overlapped with each other with long lengths thereof in view of a width direction perpendicular to the length direction of the tube. The tubes, corrugated fins and head pipes are assembled together and are then placed into a heating furnace to heat for a prescribed time.
