A submergence detection device includes: a housing in which an opening is formed; and a detection electrode disposed inside the housing and configured to detect a submergence. A through hole is formed in the housing. When seen from the opening, a wall surface that is located in the housing farther than a position of the through hole is watertight. When seen from the opening, the detection electrode is disposed closer to the opening than the through hole.

Submergence detection device, vehicle control device, and vehicle

A vehicle switch device has a selection switch having an operation part that, when operated, selects at least one of a plurality of driving target vehicle components mounted on a vehicle, and an operation switch that is separately operable from the selection switch, and drives the selected driving target vehicle component when operated. The operation switch has a single holding operation knob that swings so as to have a front portion thereof pushed down or pulled up. The single holding operation knob is structured to allow a palm of a hand to be placed on an upper face thereof, and fingers of the hand other than a thumb to be placed on the front portion. The operation part is disposed on a side face of the holding operation knob.

Vehicle switch device

A switch device has an upper case, a hollow tube that is vertically opened and provided on an upper surface of the upper case, an operation knob that is swingably supported by the tube so as to cover an upper opening of the tube, and a lower case that is fitted in the upper case. The tube has a front sidewall and a back sidewall. The front sidewall and the back sidewall are opposed in front-back direction with the upper opening interposed therebetween. A drain groove extending along the back sidewall is formed at an upper end of the back sidewall. One of or both ends in a lengthwise direction of the drain groove are opened.

Switch device

A switch device has an operating unit, a circuit board having a contact unit that is switched according to the operation of the operating unit, a case having the operating unit at an upper section thereof, an opening at a lower section thereof, and the circuit board inside thereof, and a cover that is fitted to the opening of the case to close the opening. A thin hinge and a flange continuous to the hinge are formed integrally with the case along a side wall at a lower end of the side wall of the case. The flange is folded and bent on the hinge, so that a clearance defined between the case and the cover is covered with the flange.

In the switch device including the case in which switches are accommodated, tube portions provided on an upper surface of the case, operation knobs swingably provided to the tube portions, operation rods for transmitting movement of the operation knobs to the switches, and the cover covering the upper surface of the case while exposing the operation knobs, projections protruding on the side of the cover are provided on the upper surface of the case, projections protruding on the side of the case are provided on a back surface of the cover, and the projections are arranged in a space between the cover and the case formed when the case is covered by the cover so as to be overlapped with each other when seen from the front and back direction.
