A method for manufacturing a connector-integrated resin tube includes: a fitting step in which an end portion of a resin tube material including a straight tube portion is fitted into an end portion of a connector of a tubular shape; a joining step in which the end portion of the resin tube material and the end portion of the connector that have been fitted are joined by laser welding; a heating holding step in which a posture holding die including a bending processing portion for bending processing of the straight tube portion is used to hold the straight tube portion in a heated and bent state at the bending processing portion of the posture holding die; and a cooling step in which the straight tube portion is cooled.

Method for manufacturing connector-integrated resin tube

A resin connector () includes a tubular connector main body portion () which is formed to contain a reinforcing filler in a main portion base material resin, and a tubular connector end portion () which is formed of a end portion base material resin without containing the reinforcing filler or containing the reinforcing filler at a lower proportion than the connector main body portion () and is joined to the connector main body portion () to constitute a tubular end portion. Provided is a hose for transporting a refrigerant, including an innermost layer having a tubular shape and a rubber layer arranged on an outer periphery of the innermost layer, wherein the innermost layer is formed of a resin composition containing a polymer, which contains a polyamide resin (A) as a main component, and an aromatic secondary amine compound (B) having two secondary amino groups per molecule and having a melting point of 100&#xb0; C. or more. Accordingly, the hose for transporting a refrigerant excellent in refrigerant permeation resistance, flexibility, and the like, and also excellent in performance of preventing the hydrolytic deterioration of the innermost layer of the hose can be provided.

Hose for transporting refrigerant

A fuel hose excellent in calcium chloride resistance, can achieve both low fuel permeability and a pulsation-reducing property, and is excellent in interlayer adhesiveness as well. The fuel hose includes: an inner layer (1) formed of a specific resin, such as polyamide 9T; an intermediate layer (2) formed of the following component (B), which is arranged in contact with an outer peripheral surface of the inner layer (1); and an outer layer (3) formed of the following component (C), which is arranged in contact with an outer peripheral surface of the intermediate layer (2), in which the layers are bonded to each other: (B) a polyamide terpolymer having copolymerized therein the following components (b1), (b2), and (b3): (b1) polyamide 6; (b2) at least one selected from polyamide 66 and polyamide 610; and (b3) polyamide 12; (C) an aliphatic polyamide resin except for polyamide 6 and polyamide 66.

Fuel hose

A piping connection structure which assigns a function to restrict a pipe body from coming off to a member other than a resin tube, improves in sealing performance and can suppress the amount of fuel permeation. A resin tube comprises a tube body portion; a first diameter-expanding portion formed to increase in diameter from an axial end of the tube body portion and axially positioning seal members by holding the seal members in an axial gap with a retainer; and a second diameter-expanding portion formed to further increase in diameter from the first diameter-expanding portion, and to contact an outer circumferential side of the seal members and be connected to the retainer while in contact with the retainer. Thickness of the first diameter-expanding portion is equal to or greater than thickness of the tube body portion.

Piping connection structure

A resin composition for fuel tubes includes an aromatic polyamide resin (A), an aliphatic polyamide resin (B), and an aminoethylated acrylic polymer (C), wherein a polyamide resin obtained by an amine-exchange reaction between (A) and (B) is contained, and at least one selected from the group consisting of the polyamide resin, (A), and (B) is bound to (C). The resin composition for fuel tubes can achieve both resistance to calcium chloride and fuel barrier properties at the same time and has excellent molding processability.

Provided is a connector which can facilitate tuning of frequency of pulsation to be reduced and prevent sealing performance from degrading when a piston moves. A pulsation reducing member adopts a structure in which the piston moves in a cylinder. The cylinder has an annular flange portion projecting in a radially inner direction of a hollow cylindrical shape. An elastic sealing member is sandwiched in a compressed state between an end surface of the flange portion of the cylinder and an end surface of the piston. An urging body is disposed in a region in the cylinder on a side of the piston opposite to a passage and applies urging force to move the piston toward the passage and compress the elastic sealing member.

Connector

A resin-made fuel inlet pipe that has a light weight, excellent impact resistance, and causes no fuel leakage includes at least one resin layer comprising a resin composition containing (A) a high-density polyethylene (HDPE) or a linear short-chain branched polyethylene; (B) a polyethylene polymerized with a metallocene-based catalyst; and (C) a carbon black. A weight mixing ratio ((A)/(B)) is in a range of from 10/90 to 90/10; a content of component (C) is in a range of from 0.1 to 5 parts by weight with respect to 100 parts by weight of a total of components (A) and (B); a tissue (Y) comprising component (B) is inserted between linear crystalline tissues (X) comprising component (A) to expand an interval between the tissues (X); and component (C) is dispersed in the tissue (Y).

Resin-made fuel inlet pipe, and method for producing same

A resin-made fuel inlet pipe having a light weight excellent impact resistance, and causing no fuel leakage, includes: a tubular inner layer; and an outer layer laminated on an outer peripheral surface thereof, in which: the inner layer is formed of a resin having fuel resistance; the outer layer is formed of a resin (A) having a tensile elongation at 8 m/s measured by a high-speed tensile test of 200% or more; and the inner layer and the outer layer are in a substantially non-adherent state.

Resin-made inlet pipe and method of producing the pipe

Provided is an in-tank tube excellent in pressure-resisting performance. The in-tank tube is an in-tank tube () for an automotive fuel of a monolayer structure, the in-tank tube () for an automotive fuel being installed in a fuel tank () and having a construction that absorbs displacement of the fuel tank () and vibration of a fuel pump (). Further, the in-tank tube () for an automotive fuel is formed into a monolayer structure formed of a resin material using an aliphatic polyamide resin as a main component, and has the following pressure-resisting characteristic (X): (X) when silicone oil is charged as a pressurizing medium into the in-tank tube immersed in a test liquid (Fuel C:methanol=85:15 (volume basis)) at 80&#xb0; C. for 168 hours, both ends of the in-tank tube are each blocked with a test pipe, and a pressure test is performed at a rate of pressure increase of 1.0 MPa/min and room temperature, a pressure (burst pressure) at which the in-tank tube bursts or the test pipe disconnects is 2.8 MPa or more.

In-tank tube for automotive fuel and method of producing the tube

An automotive fuel hose is disclosed including an inner layer, an intermediate layer and an outer layer provided in this order on an outer peripheral surface of an innermost layer of a fluororesin. The inner layer and the outer layer each include of an amine-modified polyamide resin, where the intermediate layer is a resin composition including the following components: (A) a polyphenylenesulfide resin as a major component; (B) an acid-modified polyolefin resin; (C) an unmodified polyolefin resin; and (D) an epoxy resin. The proportion of the component (B) in the resin composition is 4 to 12 wt % and the proportion of the component (C) in the resin composition is 4 to 12 wt %, wherein the proportion of the component (D) in the resin composition is 1.5 to 5 wt %.

Automotive fuel hose

A multilayer tube comprises at least the following three layers: an inner layer contactable with a fuel component, a barrier layer preventing the fuel component permeating, and an outermost layer. In the multilayer tube, the inner layer comprises a poly(butylene terephthalate) resin composition containing at least (A) a poly(butylene terephthalate) resin, the barrier layer comprises a polyester resin composition, and the outermost layer comprises a poly(butylene terephthalate) resin composition containing (A) a poly(butylene terephthalate) resin, (B) an elastomer component, (C) an aromatic polycarbodiimide compound, and (D) an antioxidant.
