A board-mounting connector includes a cylindrical terminal and a housing holding the cylindrical terminal. The cylindrical terminal includes a cylindrical portion in contact with a mating terminal, a contact portion extending in a direction intersecting a fitting direction so as to be connected to a circuit board, and an intermediate portion supported by the housing between the cylindrical portion and the contact portion. The cylindrical portion includes a slit defined, by bending a plate-shaped conductor into a cylindrical shape and abutting one edge portion thereof against another edge portion thereof, between the one edge portion and the other edge portion. Further, the slit is formed such that a slit tip end portion located on a mating terminal side of the cylindrical portion and a slit base end portion located on an intermediate portion side thereof are located at offset positions in a peripheral direction of the cylindrical portion.

A coaxial connector includes an inner conductor terminal connected to a core wire of a coaxial cable, a dielectric body that surrounds an outer periphery of the inner conductor terminal, and an outer conductor terminal connected to a shield conductor of the coaxial cable and having a tubular portion surrounding the inner conductor terminal through the dielectric body. A protruding portion protruding toward an inside of the tubular portion and engaged with the dielectric body to thereby restrict a position of the dielectric body is provided integrally with the tubular portion of the outer conductor terminal. The outer conductor terminal is formed by a stereoscopic shaping method to thereby provide the protruding portion in a protruding condition integrally with an inner peripheral wall of the tubular portion.

Coaxial connector

A component unit is provided that achieves both downsizing of a bracket and prevention of deformation of the bracket that occurs when tightening the bolt. A noise filter, which is the component unit, includes a housing made of a synthetic resin and a bracket made of a metal and attached to a vehicle panel with a bolt. The bracket is attached to the housing by insert forming. The portion of the bracket projecting outside the housing is provided with a bolt through hole. The portion of the bracket embedded in the housing is provide with a resin introducing hole through which a resin of the housing flows during insert forming. With this configuration, the bracket, the resin around the bracket, and the rein in the resin introducing hole together receive an external force generated by tightening the bolt.

Component unit

An inner terminal is provided with a crimp barrel portion with which a terminal of a core wire is connected and an electric connecting portion to be electrically connected with a mating terminal. The inner terminal is received in an insulation inner housing. The inner housing is set into a terminal body portion. An outer terminal is provided with a shield member connecting portion with which a shield member is connected and a cylindrical portion in which the electric connecting portion of the inner terminal is positioned, the cylindrical portion mated with a mating connector. An impedance adjusting portion is provided between the electric connecting portion and the crimp barrel portion of the inner terminal.

Shield connector

An inner terminal connected to a terminal of a core wire and provided with an electric connecting portion electrically connected with a mating terminal is received in an inner housing. The inner housing is incorporated into an outer terminal. The outer terminal is mated with a mating connector in such a state as that the shield member is connected to the outer terminal and the electric connecting portion of the inner terminal is positioned in the outer terminal. The outer terminal has the same configuration as that of an outer terminal of the mating connector, thus making the outer terminals sharable between male and female connectors.

A coaxial connector has a structure in which slits into which the both sides of a core wire crimp part are to be inserted are respectively formed on facing inner walls of a core wire containing groove in an inner housing and the core wire crimp part is covered with the inner housing and a terminal fitting by crimping of the terminal fitting.

There is provided a connector. A lock arm is connected at a leading end-side and a rear end-side of a housing, supported at both ends thereof along an insertion/pulling out direction with respect to an opposite connector housing, and elastically deformable with the connection parts with the housing serving as fulcrums. A locking claw is formed at the lock arm and locked into a locking hole of the opposite connector housing when inserting the housing into the opposite connector housing. The lock arm has a lock release part which releases a locked state of the locking claw to the locking hole by being pressed toward the rear end-side beyond the locking claw. A position of the fulcrum at the rear end-side is arranged at an opposite side to a protruding direction of the locking claw, compared to a position of the fulcrum at the leading end-side.

Connector

In a terminal fitting, round hole type serration parts which include round holes are formed for an insulating outer cover bottom plate part and for a braided wire bottom plate part and round hole type serration parts which include round holes are formed for any one of one pair of insulating outer cover crimp strips and for any one of one pair of braided wire crimp strips to strengthen biting of a coaxial wire.

Terminal fitting

There is provided a terminal of a connector which is surface-mounted on a substrate. A pair of first hanging-down parts extend from both sides of a terminal main body toward the substrate and are connected to a conductor pattern of the substrate. A second hanging-down part hangs down from one end of the terminal main body toward the substrate. The second hanging-down part has a pair of pressing plate portions which are bent toward the first hanging-down parts and is arranged to face each other with overlapping and contacting the first hanging-down parts.
